The worst site I’ve ever had. The agents are not cooperative. Their travel insurance is garbage. I tried to rebook the unused trip I had but the price of the ticket they are giving me is more than double of the one I had. In fact I’m better off buying another round trip ticket

I had a very disappointing experience with ASAP Tickets. When I purchased my ticket, I also paid for what I believed was trip protection. The representative never clearly explained that the protection was non-refundable or that there were restrictions on using it. When I needed assistance, I was never provided with any of the trip protection services I paid for, including help with changing my travel date. Despite paying for the protection, I was never able to use any of its benefits. To make matters worse, the representative who sold me the ticket blocked my calls and messages instead of helping me. Being ignored after paying for a service I couldn't use made the experience even more frustrating. I hope ASAP Tickets takes customer concerns more seriously and reviews how situations like this are handled. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this experience with someone from the company who can properly address what happened.
