I am extremely disappointed with my experience with ASAP Tickets. When unexpected travel issues arose during my international trip, I contacted customer service multiple times seeking assistance. Unfortunately, I experienced long wait times and had great difficulty reaching the travel agent assigned to my reservation. On several occasions, I waited more than 30 minutes and was repeatedly told to call back because my agent was unavailable. Despite following those instructions, I was still unable to reach him. Instead of receiving meaningful assistance, I was told that my only option was to purchase a new airline ticket, which added significant stress and unexpected expense to an already difficult situation. On July 26, I completed the customer satisfaction survey and provided detailed feedback, hoping someone from management would review my concerns and contact me. As of today, I have not received any acknowledgment or response. I understand that travel disruptions can happen. My disappointment is not simply because problems occurred, but because of the lack of communication, follow-up, and customer support when I needed it most. Customers deserve timely assistance, clear communication, and a genuine effort to resolve their concerns. I hope ASAP Tickets will review my case, respond to my complaint, and take steps to improve its customer service so future travelers do not have the same experience.

*DO NOT BOOK THROUGH ASAP TICKETS* These guys are frauds, I booked a round trip where I made multiple assurances that my return trip might get rescheduled, irrespective of informing them 48 hours ahead and providing valid documents for rescheduling, they are creating a big scene like they are working on it, but does not really do anything in the background. I EVEN CANCELLED MY TICKETS as they were not proving proper response, still did not get refund or did not got it rescheduled. I am proceeding with legal Action on them *DO NOT BOOK YOUR TICKETS THROUGH ASAP* **IRRSPECTIVE OF BELOW MESSAGE FROM THEM NO ONE REACHED OUT TO ME TO ADDRESS MY CONCERN**
