It is all scam
I book a fly and 10 minutes later, and agent called me saying the fly for that day wasn't available, they try so hard to make me change the days, then they hangout, i called them back and they tried to sell another ticket but paying more money and they dared to say they are upgrading me by paying more, horrible customer service

Like the others have mentioned, Bait & Switch
First off, don't trust the 5 star reviews, you'll notice they're all bot accounts saying the same thing and only have left 1 review ever. Like the others have mentioned, I went to book a flight that was $50 cheaper on Lookbyfare than is was on Delta. Sends me a confirmation " YOUR TRIP IS CONFIRMED" The next day they call wanting the price of the posted Delta flight instead, thanks to this bait and switch scam, I now had to pay a premium increase because the Delta flights went up in costs. This is not a US company, overseas and scammy.

WORST WEBSITE EVERRRR. They tried to scam me out of thousands of dollars telling me my flights were not confirmed because the taxes weren’t paid on my flight?! Taxes are always included once you pick the flights you want it shows it in the grand total of the purchase. They literally called me to tell me the flight I choose and paid extra for wasn’t available and had to change my flight and the days I fly from!

I just had a great experience
I just had a great experience. A young man named Marshall, was absolutely fabulous. I'm 75 years old and always struggled with making traveling reservations. He made it very nice. He listened and responded to my circumstances and flight needs and help me come up with a very workable itinerary. His manner, personality, and skill at his job is very much appreciated. Confirmation of seating
The Customer Service Staff who assisted me was Malone. I was unsure if my seating was going to provide me with the leg room I needed. I purchased Premium Economy and wanted him to reassure me that I would be comfortable. He also verified my need for a wheelchair gate to gate and that I am traveling with my dog. He was able to put my mind at ease over the questions I had.

Phenomenal Customer Service

You have regiastered me as male, and this could be a mayor problem at the time of my flightr. I am female. Also when booking The sales person did not clarify very well the charges, I ended paying a very big amunt of this flights.

Compete scam
They were very unhelpful when it came to editing my flight. I signed up for a 300 dollar flight because the delta page said 428. They said I'd have to pay the 428 anyway, so that was a total lie. Then, when unfortunately having to make some changes to my flight, they refused to give me the credit back like they had originally offered. I had the same day, same class, same airline, just a different airport. The new flight was 714. 714-428=286. Fine, I'll pay it. Then they tell me that I'd have to pay over 629 for the new ticket. So they want to take 343 dollars for themselves. It's a compete scam. I'm left very frustrated and ticked off because life would have been so much easier if I had never talked to this company. I don't have the time or money for this

I bought a ticket from them yesterday
I bought a ticket from them yesterday, but they never sent me a confirmation email. When I called them today to follow up, they claimed the price had changed and demanded an extra $200! I refused to pay and cancelled on the spot. Fortunately, I found a much better price elsewhere. Save your time and money-avoid this company at all costsThe company replied asking for more details but the situation is simple: I attempted to purchase 2 tickets, received no confirmation email, and when I called to follow up, customer service demanded an extra $200 PER TICKET (an extra $400 total) claiming the price had changed. This is a classic bait-and-switch tactic. I immediately refused and canceled. There is nothing more to investigate-just ensure that my card is not charged. Note: I have received the official cancellation email from the company confirming that no tickets were issued and no charges should be applied
