Avoid this company isn't reliable and avoid them as plague.
I have booked a flight with from Wizzair by Cheapoair and they have missspelled my sure name by one charecter- shockingly my name and sure name is correct on the website they have- and I am sure this misspelling wasn't from my side. As I noticed this error I contacted them several days before the flight and first they were asking for a fee to modify the misspelling and I got in contact with Wizzair and based on their policy they will modify jp to 3 characters free of charge up to three hours before booking but cheapoair could modify it on line or by contacting them.
Unfortunately as I have several times contact them and four times sent my passport photo they haven't modified the misspelling and every time tell we have requested the airline ti modify your details but they haven't answered yet.
I asked them to provide a reference number so I could chase it but they refuse to do it, I asked them to provide the email address which they have booked the ticket and they declined to do so and twice sent my own email address to me.
In the evening one of the colleagues called me and told I have sent a wrong passport photo and they couldn't modify my ticket and its better to cancel my ticket and rebook with double the original cost and god know how much would they have charged for cancellation fee.
Tomorrow morning is should purchase a new train ticket to go earlier to the airport and see what should do , I don't know could I board the flight or not and would lose my holiday trip or not.
Any way I shared my experience with these crowds of fraudulent company.

Horrible expirience
Horrible expirience! With friends we booked an Internatonal flight with multiple legs and where most of us booked directly with airline, I booked by mistake through Cheapoair on the same flight. At some point we learned that the airline cancelled one of the flights and those of us who purchased from airline were able to reschedule their flights at no time, but I was stuck in a visious circle calling to Cheapoair for days and getting nowhere. I spent HOURS on hold with them and been bounced from agent to agent with no result even though the booking their sold to me was not functioning itenarary since one of the connecting flight was cancelled! Booking through Cheapoair was a biggest mistake! STAY AWAY from them!

Charges for changing destination
CAUTION, THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING A TICKET AT THIS AGENCY.
My wife and daughter made a reservation Tampa-Miami-Cozumel, after entering the information into the ChipOair system the reservation came out on JetBlue with a total of $770.59. After accepting it, they realized that the destination was not Cozumel but Cancun. They immediately called the agency to fix the problem, and the agent who assisted them said that for $120.00 they could resolve the situation. They agreed to pay the $120.00, not even 10 minutes had passed.
Once the error was corrected, the reservation came out on American Airlines but at a cost of $1,153.48. To my surprise, I called the agency and the representative told me that they had only charged $84.00 for the change and that JetBlue had charged the rest, $305.00.
When I call JetBlue, they tell me that even though the change was reflected, the airline didn't charge for the change. I call the agency again and they tell me that the charges for the destination change generated by their own system weren't $120.00 but $196.42 per passenger, which resulted in $392.84 and a total charge of $1,153.48 for both tickets. They're experts at hiding charges, justifying the theft with lies. DON'T USE THIS AGENCY, I DON'T RECOMMEND IT.
