Worst place to buy your tickets or rent a car or hotel , been a platinum member with them for 20 years all kind of issues , I got 53000 points and when I wanted to redeem my points I got 20 dollars discount!!!!! Pathetic

Difficult website. Easy to mislead. Hard to find stuff you are driven to use, very hard to use if you have not downloaded its app and id downloaded it seems invasive. Seems to be forcing irrelevance and has a lot of pop ups interfering with use. Feels like it is a virus portal. I don't like it. A jumbo ad, with hard to get essential, a bad chat bot, and lots of pops ups and pushes that are not about me the customer but about it wanting money and hooking human beings up as a money drip. I spoke to one great human being -last time I had to deal with an issue I tried several times to deal with. One Great Fellow! That was the only good part so far in using the over complicated tangled website -the phone was answered, after other unhelpful calls, and a great fellow human took the call.

The worst experience I’ve ever had all my life I had an agent booked my flight with me over the phone and he sent me a wrong itinerary. My flight was to be the next day in the evening and this agent booked for morning without telling me. I only had a notification when I woke up from sleep saying 25mins to boarding time and immediately I called them to complain, these people told they were working on it to reschedule me only for past boarding time and they started playing tricks telling me it was not possible saying they listened to the recorded conversation and that I made the mistake which was a lie and when I asked for the recording, they sent me to their supervisor who said he’s fixing the problem and that dude left me on hold for 2hours plus and nothing was done. This is the worse booking site to ever exist. I’m pressing charges I have all my proves with me .
Overpriced and lack of customer service support. It is way better to go on direct website and book it yourself. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Able to choose between many options with clear pricing. Passenger information did not need to be reentered for every search. Prices were better expedia and Priceline

CheapOair abandon their loyal customers when the customer most need them. They sold me a ticket for four peoples over the phone without making me aware of details such as my passport should not expire within next 150 days, I was not able to travel because my daughter’s passport expires in about 3 mounts even though my trip is only for 1 week. United airlines processed my refund but CheapOair refused to support me to correct their mistake and they refused to communicate with the insurance company to refund me the insurance fees on top of my tickets. Don’t waste your time and money it is not worth it.

This is the worst company to deal with. They never have answers for you. They try to upsell you the customer support and then when you need support they are no where to be found or they transfer you from one agent to another and no one has answers. The answers you get dont make sense I highly recommend that you DO NOT buy tickets with this company. They only care about the fee they make off of you and will do anything to F you over

Very cumbersome and unnecessary offers for the rental car hotel all that nonsense which I don’t need to go through they should give her one option if you want it or not and skip
