The worst experience I’ve ever had all my life I had an agent booked my flight with me over the phone and he sent me a wrong itinerary. My flight was to be the next day in the evening and this agent booked for morning without telling me. I only had a notification when I woke up from sleep saying 25mins to boarding time and immediately I called them to complain, these people told they were working on it to reschedule me only for past boarding time and they started playing tricks telling me it was not possible saying they listened to the recorded conversation and that I made the mistake which was a lie and when I asked for the recording, they sent me to their supervisor who said he’s fixing the problem and that dude left me on hold for 2hours plus and nothing was done. This is the worse booking site to ever exist. I’m pressing charges I have all my proves with me .
