This is Nitin Shah. With references to my previous post, would thrilled to add one more feather of their customer service. We booked and bought air tickets to travel India. It’s on Qatar Airways. May be, due to current war situation , Qatar has canceled our return flight which was via US and puts us in immense distress. But the way Rescheduling department of CheapOair handled whole situation and did their best, for what they known for, and booked and confirmed our return flight via Toronto,
Because of their exceptional customer care, they have customer like me for a decade.

I have been using Cheapoair for almost 10 years and satisfied with their service and pricing. Recent experience with their Rescheduling Department’s agent Mr. Consuelo.
We have a return tickets from Yeg to Bom with Qatar Airways. And our return flights from Doha to Lax got cancelled. Was calling so many times and spoke with so many agents but, non of them was as enthusiastic as Mr. Consuelo who is trying to resolve our problem.
Return flight is not guaranteed yet, but the way he tried his best(insisted his supervisor to call Qatar’s Trades Support Line and explained our situation) to convince airlines to give us confirmed returns flight as early as possible.
Agent like Mr. Consuelo makes clients to believe they won’t give up easily. We appreciate his kindness.
