Was sold a ticket for $554.31 was told to contact the the phone number and they changed the ticket price on us. Saying the ticket wasn't available we needed to purchase a higher priced ticket and tried to sell us carry on and checked baggage options for my international flight by some lady who sounded Indian or one of those scam center. Really bad bad experience. Wouldn't recommend this website. Stay away far away.

Terrible. Could book a flight, just had said that I needed to call. I called. Was on hold for over 15 minutes. They said they would call back in 20. They over 30 minutes later to say the taxes and fees had increased and I had to pay the new price, even though it was more than was avertised on the airlines own site. I said I was not interested. They tired to give me a run around that the flight was already booked after they had said the flight couldn't be booked. If I am charged it will be cancelled by my bank. Terrible customer serivce.

My flight in February was cancelled by American Airlines and they refunded my ticket in full to Justairticket but 4 months later and still no refund to me. Scam site with terrible customer service. Hours on the phone and many emails with excuse after excuse and still no refund.
