I am submitting this complaint regarding a misleading and deceptive experience I had with this travel booking website. I made a reservation through their website and entered my personal and credit card information, believing I was purchasing an airline ticket at the advertised price. After completing the booking, I received an email stating that additional verification was required and instructing me to call the phone number provided. When I called, the representative informed me that the fare I had booked was “no longer available” and that I would have to pay an additional $100 or more to secure the ticket. This was only disclosed after they had already collected my personal and payment information. The website gives consumers the impression that they are purchasing and receiving a confirmed airline ticket directly, when in reality it appears that no ticket is issued at the advertised price. Instead, customers are contacted afterward and pressured to pay a higher amount. This business operates from a call center in Orlando and appears to collect customers’ payment information before attempting to rebook the reservation from their end at a higher price. I believe this practice is misleading and potentially deceptive. Advertising a low fare to obtain customers’ credit card information, only to later claim the fare is unavailable and demand additional payment, is unfair and wastes consumers’ time. Had I known the advertised fare was not actually available, I would have booked directly with the airline or another reputable travel agency. I respectfully request that this matter be investigated to determine whether this company’s advertising and booking practices comply with consumer protection laws. I also request that my personal and payment information be removed from their system if no valid booking was completed. I hope appropriate action is taken to prevent other consumers from experiencing the same misleading booking process.

Con artists

Con artists, they are not booking the ticket just making you waste time by talking to an operator that tell you that this flight is not available anymore. Avoid.

SCAM

I just tentatively booked a flight using Momondo with Just Air Ticket. I was told on Momondo it would be $340. When I called, they said it had gone up to $650. When I told them no way, they took it down to $500. THEN, when I told them no again, they said they would charge me anyway and I could not get a refund. I told them they did not have permission to charge more than $340. He told me it was nonrefundable so he would charge it. I got a confirmation that they would not charge it, but now I'm worried that charge will show up on my card. This was an insane process. DO NOT BOOK WITH JUST AIR TICKET or Momondo if this is how it is.

Please do not make the same mistake…

Please do not make the same mistake like I did & book with Just Air Ticket. I booked a ticket & insisted that I needed my seat number assigned same time. I was told that the airline would contact me the day before with seat number (unheard of) Instead of advising me of the ticket price that would include seat & carryon. I was shocked on arrival at the airport I had to pay $90 for my seat & $65 for the smallest carryon anyone could find. They also collected $173 for taxes on a $249 ticket which none of that taxes was paid over to the airline. Please provide valid information to clients. They seem to be only interested in selling cheap tickets instead of providing good customers service information to satisfy customers. Please do not booked with this company. Very bad experience.

This site is a scam to get ppl for to much more money. Pay one price then they come calling saying the flight is full after 10 minutes to try an get me for an extra $120 dollars. Crazy avoid by all means.
