Once you've realized your great deal has massive drawbacks re: no bag allowed, then the staff is very helpful in getting you out of the unexpected jam you've put yourself in, and into a semi-reasonable fare that allows you to bring a carry on bag.
If I could rate 0 stars I would. Company is a complete scam and any 5 star reviews are bots or people blissfully falling for it. You pay what seems to be low fares for a ticket, only to then be called saying your flight is overbooked/unavailable. They offer you new flights for over double on top of what you initially paid and out of different airports. They then proceed to say the initial fare is "non-refundable" such BS. AVOID!!!!

Absolute scam where everyone has the name of some movie star with an Indian accent. They will take your money and not give you a ticket until you pay more, than once you do you you get a different itinerary and still have to pay more. Not sure if they actually have tickets. Just thieves and absolutely no standard of human beings that should be in business! Should be no stars bit it won't allow me to select such.
Foggyfly is a scam, I booked 4 airline tickets and they sent me an e-mail requesting a call back to verify my itinerary. I called and spoke with the agent Josh who said that the tickets I purchased were stand by tickets and luggage was not allowed, he proceeded to try and get me to change my flights that would mean paying double for the 4 tickets. He said I was not able to cancel my tickets. This information was never disclosed up front when booking the tickets. This is a complete scam.

this Co. is Fraudulent. do not do business with them I purchased a ticket eith them they cancelled my flight called me .a guy name Ryan with an Indian accent told me to change my flight. first with American airlesnescrhen delta and then frontier. they wanted to charge my account twice the amount. I said no . they went ahead and charged my account anyways. the same guy called me an hr later and asked me to pay with cash app it apple an additional $298 in taxes. atvrhsi riem I called my bank and reported them. I also called rh FBI and reported them. frontier didn't help they had no idea. I am reporting this to you all do not use them they are thiefs operating as agents. their supervisor told me that they can charge whatever they want and they will fight the charges. refused to give name and yanged up on me. no way to contact them. goes to the same poeple. indian accents. don't use them it's Al fraud. I filed a report with the FBI.

Of course the lower priced flights I paid for were later changed due to overbooking. I feel everyone gets this treatment. It wasn’t a terrible experience though. Not sure I’d use this service again though. It’s better to go straight through the airline for booking.

I was disappointed by the substantial increase in cost I was required to pay compared to my original fare. My initial ticket was $260.00, but after being unexpectedly placed on standby, I was informed that unless I accepted a later flight priced at $560.00 — or other options that were also more than double the original fare, or required using different airports — I would forfeit the original fare entirely. This situation left me with no reasonable alternative and resulted in a significantly higher expense than what I had originally booked. Thank you for your attention. Sincerely, Joe Ragano P.S. You are fooled into thinking you are getting a lower price ticket but really they don't exist. You end up paying more or they want you to change airports. They charge your card even though you are not supposed to be charged until the ticket is officially booked. They use devious business practices that if you don't end up buying your ticket at a higher price from them they will charge you anyways saying the "ticket"(which you really never purchased) is non-refundable. No where does it say its non-refundable on their site. It only says, "you are not charged until the ticket is booked."
Buyer beware!!!This is a bait and scam. I bought a flight for $80 cheaper than most airlines and then they email me to inform me that they have accepted my payment and cannot cancel no matter what. Thats not even remotely the worst part. Then they also mention that you are not able to check bags or have carry-ons. Thats when the shady employees start to have fun with you and tell you there is nothing you can do. Its a bluff because I reported fraud and canceled my card so payment wouldn't go through. Come to find out, there our thousands of people that they have duped into this bait and scam. Please spread the word this is a terrible business they put people through. Good luck!

Never used Foggy before and thought never will again. This was "bait and switch" after I picked non stop flights, times and days for a "quoted" cheaper price; then got a call from a Foggy rep about changing all of that is get the foggy to actually get the cheaper price. I could have paid the airline directly for the same final higher Foggy price for my original non stop flights and days.
