This company is very shady!!
This company is very shady and books flights that have already been booked out and then up charge you to switch flights. They do not have anything on their website that says you're flying standby or you will be bumped you're not even flying standby they're actually selling seats that are already sold out on the plane. As he they don't want to give a refund for anything under $500 so they get you in the door with prices that are under $500 Buyer beware After having to speak to management for two hours they agreed to a refund if I paid them $50. BUYER BEWARE

BEWARE OF THIS AGENCY NOTHING IS WHAT IT SEEMS!!!!!!
My trip originally started out at $298 round trip from Florida to Colorado on Southwest Airlines. After I paid for the flight, I received my confirmation email & noticed that I wasn’t allowed to have any personal item or carry on. I called them & questioned why this was & I was told that it wasn’t included in the “special priced” trip that I paid for. I couldn’t even have a purse! I asked What female doesn’t have a purse? I told them that Southwest allowed a purse & 1 carry-on on their site. They told me that not with this special priced trip because it would cost more & that was why the price was so cheap. I asked what it would cost to add it onto my ticket & he said it would be another $100. I said well then cancel the reservation & I would just book it from the Southwest website for $368 round trip. He told me no it would cost $680 on their website. I told him he was crazy because I was just on it & the price was $368 & he told me he was looking at their prices while we were on the phone & I was wrong & that that was probably a few weeks before. While I was on the phone with him I pulled up the Southwest site & my price would’ve still been $368 round trip. He just kept telling me the same thing So I told him I just wanted it cancelled. Then he told me “Oh didn’t you read the fine print, there are no refunds! I told him well if I can’t cancel it then I had no choice apparently but to pay the extra $100. THEN….Oh….magically Southwest didn’t have any seating available at the time that I had booked that allowed my carry-on so I would have to book my flight on another airline. Then he asked if that was what I wanted to do & my response was “well, if I can’t cancel the ticket I already paid for & Southwest doesn’t have a seat, I don’t really have a choice now do I!” So then the only available airline was Frontier whom I had never heard of. He told me that Frontier was the #1 airlines now so, we changed my flight tickets. I requested a window seat & I was told that I was booked & upgraded to “premier” & it included my window seats with 1st boarding and I was allowed my purse & carry-on. He said he would email me my conformation. I got my booking ticket by email. When I went into the attachment, the boarding pass showed all of the info. I then noticed that the carry-on box they checked showed no carry-on or 1st boarder. It stated I needed to add it on the Frontier website. I get on Frontier’s site & I had to pay an additional $89 both ways for my carry-on & another $9.99 both ways to board 1st. Then I checked my return flight ticket & I wasn’t even assigned a seat. So now I had to pay an additional $38 for my return seat! The price went from $298 to $398 to add my purse plus $178 to add my carry-on, plus $19.98 to board 1st, plus $38 for a return seat. So my flight ended up costing a total of $633.98. I could have booked on the Southwest flight for a total of $371 tax included!!!!!! My flight was set for June 28, 2026. On the 23rd I contacted cheapvuelos & asked why I hadn’t received my tickets. I was told they would be sent to my email the day before my flight on the 27th of June but to make sure that I checked the Frontier site when I did get the email to be sure that the flight wasn’t cancelled & still on time. I told him that now he was making me nervous because I needed to be in Colorado for a wedding on August 1st & if the boarding pass didn’t come until the day before if the flight was cancelled I’d be out of luck! I was very angry & didn’t understand why I had to wait until the day before my flight. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TRAVEL COMPANY!!!! BEWARE & REALLY GET ALL OF YOUR INFORMATION BEFORE YOU PAY THE IMMEDIATE BOOKING FEE. IT ALL GOES DOWN HILL FROM THERE. THEN THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO PRETTY MUCH LEAVE THEM A GOOD REVIEW BY MAKING SURE IT POSTS ON THEIR WEBSITE WHILE YOU ARE STILL ON THE PHONE!!!!!
Ivy helps very mach.
Low-Fare Bait-and-Switch: Pressured to Pay More After Booking
Based on my personal experience, this agency advertises heavily discounted flight tickets to attract customers. After booking, however, they called me and claimed that I had received an “80% discount,” although the actual difference compared with the airline’s regular price appeared to be only around 20–30%. During the call, they first told me that I could not carry any baggage. I clearly explained that I understood this was a low-cost ticket and that I was willing to contact the airlines directly and pay separately for any carry-on or checked baggage. They then said this would not be possible. I therefore agreed to travel without any baggage. After that, they introduced another issue. They told me that because the ticket was extremely cheap, the airline might change the airport, flight time, or travel date. I clearly stated that I did not authorize any change to the confirmed itinerary. Instead of completing the booking as originally selected, they then pressured me to “upgrade” the ticket and pay an additional amount. In my experience, this felt like a bait-and-switch sales tactic: advertise a low price, obtain the customer’s booking information, and then create new concerns or conditions to pressure the customer into paying more. The amount requested may depend on what the representative believes the customer can be persuaded to pay. I am sharing my experience so that other travelers can be cautious. I strongly recommend booking directly with the main airline or through a well-established and reputable travel agency. A slightly higher transparent price may be better than dealing with unexpected pressure, repeated phone calls, uncertain ticket issuance, possible itinerary changes, and unnecessary stress. Customers should carefully save screenshots of the advertised fare and itinerary, refuse any unauthorized changes or additional charges, and confirm that an official airline PNR and e-ticket number have been issued before considering the reservation complete.
