TOTAL SCAM - classic bait and switch. Booked flights for September 5-12 and they contacted me to tell me that those dates were no longer available unless I wanted to pay more than double the price originally quoted in writing. Website is very misleading.

i strongly recommend to don’t use this travel agency for flight booking. two days ago i made a reservation through them and completed all the payment process. at one point, they did sent me agency reservation number and in the same email they suggested me to wait 4-6 hours to receive confirmed e-ticket. Next day i checked my e-mail and found that i didn’t received my confirmed e-ticket yet so i called them. the person who assisted me told me that we can’t confirm your reservation because airline does not have seats available at the fare i paid to them. he told me that either i have to travel a month later if i want to stay with my current fare or i have to pay almost double of the ticket price to confirm my current itinerary. so i simply tell them that i don’t want this booking anymore since you guys can’t provide the service at your listed fare. then they charged me USD $90. so i ended up losing USD$90 on a USD $297 itinerary which was never issued to me and they called it airline penalty. But in reality airline didn’t issued any PNR to me during this whole time.
