⭐ 1 Star – Misleading Sales Tactics and Terrible Customer Service I had a very disappointing experience with this third-party booking service. After I booked my flight, I received a call from their representative asking me to confirm that I had made the booking. During the call, they told me that my ticket was an "offer ticket" and claimed that it was not a guaranteed ticket. They said that if the flight became full, I might not get a confirmed seat unless I upgraded my booking. This was very alarming because I had already paid for my ticket. Feeling pressured and worried that I could lose my seat, I agreed to pay an additional $228 for the so-called upgrade. After taking my payment, they then told me there was a name correction issue and demanded another $200 to fix it. None of this was explained before they charged me for the upgrade. The customer service representative was extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful throughout the entire conversation. Instead of helping, they kept pressuring me to pay more money. Based on my experience, I recommend that others be very cautious when dealing with this company. I also realized that I was charged about $70 more than the airline's direct fare. This is the first negative review I have ever written because I felt completely misled and frustrated by the entire experience. My advice is to book directly with the airline whenever possible. It can save you money, stress, and the risk of being pressured into unnecessary charges.

I had a wonderful experience with Stanley and Hank. I needed to change the departure date on one of my 4 flights and they took care of it making sure to oay the least amount which not a lot of third party companies allow. I will definitely be booking with them. Thank you both so much for helping me with such a stressful situation. I truly appreciate your help and kindness.

Total Scam attempted

Total Scam attempted. My wife booked a trip from San Diego to Oakland on Southwest Airlines for 9/18 - 9/22. But it felt odd, she got an email with a reservation number, i went online and tried checking the status of the reservation with de number given, it it showed it was no good. I called the airline who confirmed that it was not a Southwest Airlines confirmation number. Called Cheapvuelos at 855-526-0707 and asked them to confirm, they said that the reservation was already done and that we could nto cancel. I told them, there was no charge on my credit card at the moment and that it was a scam. They hung up on me. Then, I called back and they got rude and aggressive with me on the call. I told them, authrorities had been notified. That we had checked with Southwest and it was a scam. He told me there was nothing I could do about it, that it was already preauthorized and that he had my billing address. I told them credit card had been cancelled and they would not be able to charge it. After that, they sent my wife an email saying that at our request, they had cancelled the reservation with no penalty. Scammers 100%. I have the emails and what they sent and screen shots of the SW airlines saying it was no good. I have enough documentation to prove it was a scam.
