I had a very disappointing experience with this flight booking app. It advertises cheap fares, but the process feels misleading. After booking, there were unexpected issues with pricing, and customer service was extremely difficult to reach. Getting clear information or resolving problems took far too long, making the whole experience stressful. To make matters worse, when I finally spoke with a customer support agent, they were disrespectful and unprofessional. Instead of addressing my concerns, they seemed more interested in trying to upsell additional services than helping resolve the issue. I felt pressured rather than supported. Overall, the experience was frustrating and left me with very little confidence in this company. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking through this app.

Cheapvuelos.com is a scam!!! Beware!!! Even when they call you the phone comes up as probably scam. In fact it is! I spoke to 3 representatives from their company all three were rude and aggressive. Yes... They use Bait and Switch. Promising you a low price only to tell you to send them $300 and some old dollars more to keep your tickets. Also to say you don't have a seat on the airplane yet and you'll be on a 24 hour call later when you can get this flight. And one even said your seat isn't in the cabin. Then where the f#@k is it, on the wing? I would Never!!! Ever!!! Ever Call them even if it was the last resort of catching a plane from hell. Just let me Burn!!!! 🔥

I found a flight advertised for $305. After I called to confirm the booking, I was told the price had suddenly increased to $700. The extra charges were never clearly explained before. I felt pressured to pay the higher price, so I decided not to book.
