The onboarding made Poppy finally click for me Before the onboarding, I was honestly a little overwhelmed. I already have a lot going on with social media and content creation, and although I had watched some of Poppy’s YouTube tutorials, I still wasn’t completely sure how to use the platform in a way that actually worked for me and my business. The onboarding made a big difference. I had a real light-bulb moment where I finally understood that the quality of what I get from Poppy also depends on the information and context I give it. I now understand much better how to feed it information about my business, my content and what I want to communicate, instead of simply expecting it to generate something for me. The person who did my onboarding was very helpful and took the time to answer my questions and show me how I could use Poppy more effectively for my own social media workflow. I came away from the call feeling much clearer and much less overwhelmed about where to start. I still have a lot to explore and learn, but now I actually understand how to work with Poppy rather than just use it. I would definitely recommend the onboarding to anyone who is new to Poppy or feels overwhelmed by all the possibilities at first.
I love how this AI platform allows you to work on a board where you can put links and documents on it and then attach it to chat boxes to help the AI better understand the information. As a visual learner, it's very useful
I had an excellent onboarding session with Killian. He helped me reorganize and color-code my existing board, break my different brands into smaller groups, and build a personalized workflow for YouTube videos, short-form content, LinkedIn, X, and blog posts. We also analyzed some of my existing videos and turned their useful patterns into reusable AI frameworks. This should make future content creation much more consistent and efficient. Killian spent over 45 minutes with me and was patient, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful. Poppy AI has already helped me improve and create scripts for two different channels. I now have a much clearer process for creating and repurposing content across platforms. My experience with Poppy AI has been very positive so far.
Great walk through of the software. Athough what it can fully do can't be covered in a single hour, the onboarding call was fantastic. Most companies don't care about customers after recieving payment, but Poppy AI went the extra mile. Real people available in the help center is also always a plus if the AI fails to help with questions.

Poppy is hands down one of the best tools I’ve used for content creation. There genuinely isn’t anything else out there that works quite like it. It makes the whole content process so much easier like researching ideas, breaking down other content, organising inspiration, developing angles, scripting, rewriting and editing everything in one place. Instead of constantly jumping between different AI tools, documents, tabs and notes, you can actually build out your ideas visually and work through the entire creative process inside Poppy. For scripting especially, it’s been a game changer for me. Being able to bring different references, ideas and inspiration together and then turn that into structured content so quickly saves me a ridiculous amount of time. It feels much more like having an actual creative workspace than just another AI chatbot. I also had a billing issue where, because of a glitch, I’d effectively been using Poppy without being charged for a period. They could easily have made the situation difficult, but they handled it incredibly fairly and helped me get everything sorted without trying to hit me with a huge backdated charge. And a massive shoutout to Killian in support - he stayed with me for nearly an hour getting everything resolved and was genuinely so helpful throughout. Amazing product, amazing support, and easily one of my favourite tools for content creation. If you create content regularly, it’s honestly hard to go back once you’ve built Poppy into your workflow.
Just got off my call with Olivia, who really dove deep into what Poppy AI can do and also what it can do for me. I very much enjoyed the first onboarding call. I found it very useful, and she was great and friendly and answered all my questions. Even if my questions were kind of off the wall, she was there to answer. I like how you get her email address - you feel like you are really taken care of. Loved it, loved it.

What poppy does well is it has a solution for everything i need - for example, it can help with finding new content ideas, creating carousels, writing scrips for my reels. it made the market research and content creation easy and i've only been using it for a week.

He listened to my needs, went over them to make to make sure that we addressed the issue that I was looking for a solution for, offered ideas, tips, and any help anytime or with any questions that I may have down the line, and offered how to reach out. Made the experience of using Poppy enjoyable and exciting to work with. Would highly recommend Kilian for an onboarding call and as a person to rely on and ask questions in reverse to Poppy
I have been very impressed with my experience with Poppy so far. One of the things that immediately stood out to me is how easy and intuitive the platform is to use. There are a lot of AI tools out there that promise great results but require quite a bit of time just to figure out how to use them properly. With Poppy, I was able to understand the concept and start using the platform very quickly. More importantly, the quality of the output has been excellent. Poppy makes it very easy to bring different sources of information and ideas together and actually do something useful with them. The results don't feel like generic AI output, especially when you take the time to give Poppy the right context and source material. That is where I think the platform really shines. However, one of the things that impressed me the most actually happened outside of the product itself: their customer service. Killian from the Poppy team personally scheduled an onboarding session with me to make sure that I understood the platform, knew how to use it properly, and could get the most value from it. I really appreciated that. In today's AI/SaaS environment, it is very easy to sell someone a product, send them a few automated emails, and move on to the next customer. It is something completely different when someone from the company takes the time to personally make sure that you understand what you purchased and, more importantly, that you are actually able to succeed with it. To me, that kind of involvement says a lot about the people behind the product and their commitment to their customers. A great product is important, but a great product combined with a team that genuinely seems to care whether its customers succeed is much harder to find. So far, Poppy has delivered on both.
Olivia, the person who helped me, was absolutely amazing. She took the time to explain everything to me—every step and every detail—and made the whole experience very easy to understand. I think Poppy is building an incredible tool. I 100% recommend it. I truly believe it can help a lot of business owners create more content and save a huge amount of time. Everything I expected from my onboarding call with Dan Villard exceeded any expectation I had. Naturally, I expected him to be knowledgeable about Poppy AI and, given his position, a good teacher. What I wasn’t prepared for was meeting someone so genuinely kind, caring, interesting, and generous with his time. Every once in a while, you get to cross paths with someone who leaves you feeling better simply because you had the opportunity to meet them. Dan is one of those people. I left the call more knowledgeable about how to use Poppy AI, and I know the more time I use it, the better it will perform doing the tasks I want. But, and this is a big but, I also left with something I never expected from an onboarding call: I felt genuinely uplifted by the person I had just met. During our call, I told Dan that his parents are blessed to have a son like him. Afterward, I realized it extends much further than that. Poppy AI is blessed to have someone like Dan Villard representing their company, and those of us fortunate enough to cross paths with him are blessed as well. Sometimes the greatest gift someone gives you is simply who they are. Dan was that unexpected gift in my onboarding call. (My motto in life is “lead with love, even when painful.” Dan must live by the same motto! Lol)

I have been using poppy.ai for my content creation for 2 years and it does help me create content that sounds like me and sticks to the framework I created.The software is quite good and I would give 5 star for that. However the reason for 1 star is their viral content creation system for which i paid few thousand dollars and the whole money was wasted.My youtube channel still gets less than 100 views despite working with poppy for a viral content. Please stay away from these coaching programmes but use the software.
I've been a Poppy AI customer for ovee two years now, and it's genuinely changed how I work as a marketer. The visual board is what sold me completely, being able to drop videos, docs, and research straight onto a canvas and have it organised into cards and connections instead of scrolling through endless chat threads was a total no-brainer for how my brain actually works. Poppy AI is one of the few AI tools I have used that actually changed the way I work. I did not just test it for a few prompts. I built full research boards, developed marketing campaigns, mapped offers, analyzed content, organized ideas, and used it as the central workspace for real projects. Once you learn how to structure a board properly, the amount of information you can pull together, connect, and turn into something useful is ridiculous. What I like most is that Poppy does not feel like another chatbot. It feels more like having a visual operating system for your brain. I can bring videos, research, screenshots, ideas, and strategy into one place and actually work with all of it instead of constantly jumping between tabs and tools. There is a learning curve, especially if you want to get beyond basic prompting, but that is also where the value is. The more aggressively I use Poppy, the more useful it becomes. I have burned through thousands of credits because I keep finding new things to build with it. If you are just looking for another place to ask AI questions, you probably do not need Poppy. If you research, create, market, strategize, or build systems for a living, you should absolutely buy it.
