My first experience was fine
My first experience was fine, but the second experience was not. I simply wrote a review to the company explaining that they did not clean behind my counters or the floors properly. They immediately accused me of falsifying photos and stated that one of them was due to "oxidation" and they won't clean that. It was ridiculous. I wasn't asking for anything free - I cleaned it myself. Yet, they decided to state I was the one in the wrong. Too expensive - not worth it!

Sparkling kitchen & bathroom is always nice too see. Vacuum and dusting job was great, They missed taking out the kitchen garbage. Sweeping/Mopping was disappointing crumbs under lip of the cupboards. Looks like just the center of floor was swept and mopped ☹️. Normally this company is AMAZING 20 outta 10 stars. This was a new crew that came in today.

The clean was fine
The clean was fine. Some cobwebs remained on the ceilings (not at all hard to reach) and towels left bundled on the floor. It was disappointing that Spruce also tried to upsell me on washing the dishes but said that they could load the dishwasher but then back tracked on that and said they couldn’t empty the few clean dishes from the dishwasher first. All in all quite expensive for what you get.
