Poor customer service and appointment arrangement. They always mention that they do not have enough staff to handle appointments. Even when booking more than a month in advance, they still struggle to arrange a suitable time. However, when it comes to renewing packages or memberships, their response is very fast.
Payments are made on time every month, but the service provided is very disappointing, especially for beauty facial appointments. Based on my experience, I would recommend considering other beauty salons with better customer service and scheduling arrangements.
Poor on wellness solution, rate above market rate & services not on par with market rate. Service time is shorter for a facial but the rate is more expensive. Hard to make a booking, only able to make a booking when you start to scold and complain due to multiple failures to get a booking.

Pleasant & smooth execution of procedures. Staff very helpful & pleasant.
Breakfast & lunch are healthy choices, but still tasty.
Unfortunately the doctor tends to hard sell supplements.

Totally disappointed of how they communicated with potential
Then I am sorry to say you can't come for the campaign. Go to the immigration office and apply for citizenship.
That is the message I got from one of the employee at GHHS, I got a call from the Center, did not pick up, then I put the number on my contact list, as if to see anything surprising coming to life suddenly, chatted on whatsup, given the details of blood test campaign for free, then I submitted, realized that I am not a Malaysian, I received the message up top. Wow, I don't know how to interpret it, but honestly I think it is racist, what kind of service offered in a credit medical centre here ?
I wonder, for now my trust for this place is gone.
