Have been a loyal 20+ year customer No technological advancement in machines and no update of tests timings during check up Wait for names to be shouted out No order of tests to be done Place looks the same as shabby Waiting more than 2 good hours to see Dr..no consultation time fixed Report printing taking time, why not electronic view and send hard copy later Overall, poor experience!
