Modern retro chair for the win
Bought a modern retro chair for the cabin and it's perfect. Ordering online was quick and easy, and the price of the chair was doable compared to other stores. I accidently put in the wrong shipping address for the cabin, and the support team reached out to FedEx and fixed the issue; the chair was delivered to the proper address. This was my first time ordering from Giantex, and I will return.

Item was faulty (couldn't assemble due to missing guideholes for screws) and its nothing but back and forth - just feels like deliberate delaying tactics rather than genuinely wanting to fix the problem. the item is faulty - replace /refund is a fair outcome but no. Backwards and forwards asking the same repeated questions and wanting more pics. I cant take a pic of something that's not there! Final resolution took weeks and a blunt insistence on consumer rights and seller obligations under Australian Law. If you're stuck in this predicament with GiantexAU. Remind them of their obligations.

I needed a specific size shelf and Giantex had it. It wasn’t super easy to put together, but my husband managed without cursing, which he often does if he has to build furniture. Shelf seems sturdy and git in my closet space.

I definitely appreciated that this item came straight out of the box all put together. No hassles. And the item looked very nice, attractive, staining,and the drawer pulled out very easily. Just the right size by my chair for my small living room.

A Nice Surprise
Not gonna lie, this completely exceeded my expectations. Price was the best I’ve found on this item, shipping was super fast, packaging was great. It’s a very high quality and nice looking file cabinet. The build was long, as it took over 2 hours by myself, but the instructions were clear and I loved the final result. Great seller, great product.
Damaged cot rectified immediately
The first mattress I received was damaged in transit, one side was bent and it made the whole cot crooked! I emailed Giantexus and they were nice enough to send me a brand new one! I appreciated it a lot! The second one, some of the plastic pieces that hold the slats down had broken off before we even took it out the box... But it was completely fine otherwise, lays flat and is actually pretty comfortable! Thank you so much to Clair who I emailed with about my damaged purchase!

Bought a brand new £150 inflatable sofa, After in arrived inflated the back and the bottom . All looked okay , however the next day it was deflated . Contacted customercare and told them about the issue. I was told to take the inside out and rub soap on it and put in the bath and look for a hole and then fix it myself. I did remind them of the consumer act of 2005 and told them that it was faulty goods , never heard from them again , nor did they offer any kind of help . POOR SERVICE , POOR COMPANY - DO NOT USE THEM

The box looked rough when it arrived, but the item was well padded so there was no damage to the MDF boards. The instructions could have been better. I had to dismantle and entire portion and redo everything because the diagram only instructions were not clear. The item seems sturdy and the rotating hinge as well. The size, finishes, and sturdyness are good. Am using as a laptop desk beside my sofa. Wish the top was another 4" to 6"longer since you lose 12" on the part that swings out bc that sits over the bookcase which is beside my sofa. Practical and novel copmact product.

I bought their twin-tub washing machine on 9/30/2025. It cleaned better than any machine I've owned, but as of June 2026 it stopped working . It only has a 90 day return so I wasted $149.99. I loved it when it worked.

A well-designed product at an affordable price makes this an excellent value - especially since comparable products are at least twice as expensive. The installation document could be improved. We have filled it with water, which seems to make it sufficiently heavy for our use.
