Super easy to purchase. I also got sent a draft of what my custom keycaps would look like before they got sent! Very happy with my order.

Great quality and service.

Great quality product, great pricing and shipping times compared to competitors and clear and helpful customer service to top it off. I had some questions about the final look before I purchased and team was prompt and helpful in response. The team kept me up to date with final designs and sent me photos after it was completed. Will (and have already) be recommending these guys to friends who saw my keycaps and now want their own as well as buying again for gifts to family and friends.

It was a great experience outside of the tracking. Ship wouldnt give any updates but the order arrived on time

They didn’t imprint the front facing…

They didn’t imprint the front facing lights on the keys that match the function. The end key has 8, page down has 9, and then 8 has end and 9 has page down. For 200 dollars I’d expect the keyboard to be put together correctly. Extremely disappointed.

I love this keyboard

I love this keyboard! I have arthritis and I need a special set of switches that I had a very hard time finding where I live. Not only did I get the switches I need, I got a gorgeous custom keyboard that has fun lighting effects. I haven’t been able to type this effortlessly or game this pain free in years. Customer service was also top-notch. I will be doing business here again :) A special thank-you also goes out to Tommy for patiently answering all my questions!

Love my new keycaps!

They did a great job working with me to get my keys looking just the way I wanted them. There were even a couple spares thrown in. You can get whatever is out there quick, or you can get the caps you really want with a little bit of extra time. Not to mention, they have the MOA profile which the custom etsy folks didn't offer.

Key caps came out AMAZING

Key caps came out AMAZING. I loved all the customization options. My keyboard lights up so the fact that they let me make the letters transparent was a great touch. They also went through three approval stages before sending it out to me making sure I loved it.

5 stars for excellent customer service (thank you, Birdy). The keys arrived as shown in the image provided prior to shipping, and they sound so good. Just a heads up: don’t be in a rush to receive your order. The company was reportedly experiencing high volume when I placed my order, so it took about a month for my order to arrive. Worth the wait though.

the final product color didnt match the render. the picture provided of the final product. looked like the render, but when i recieved it; it did not meet my expextation. i wanted a cream color. it looked like cream on the example picture before they shipped it.
