Ordered an engagement ring late june /july 2025 although was over 6 weeks later than the estimated due date my girlfriend was over the moon with the lovely looking ring . Unfortunately 12 months later after little use the ring snapped on the weld under no pressure or heavy handedness and is now broke and mishappen , Having been in contact with glamira eventually got this response - Unfortunately, our warranty does not cover issues such as broken or damaged items resulting from use, and we do not offer repair services for such matters. We regret to inform you that we cannot further help in this matter. I was not expecting 12 months light wear for the amount i was paying and the promise of a lifetime guarantee is a joke , I am now facing expensive repairs . Very poor quality items not fit for purpose I would Avoid at all costs !!!

It is gratifying that you are informed about every step. You know that they received an order, that they send it and even if there is some problem the let you know in advance, so you do not need to write e-mails to them, you know what is going on and why. It is nice that they are not afraid to admit that they did a mistake. In my case there was slight delay in delivery.
