We are extremely disappointed with Glamira's customer service. Our wedding rings, purchased over a year and a half ago, have suffered severe material degradation and peeling under normal wear. Despite this clear manufacturing defect, Glamira refuses to honor the 5-year legal warranty (reklamasjonsrett) mandated by the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven). We demand that management reviews our case immediately to authorize a free repair or replacement

My wedding ring was delayed and arrived after my wedding! So disappointed. I couldn’t get through to anyone at customer service, I received one email which was no help at all. The ring looks as described and was in a lovely presentation box but it looks scratched and scruffy in just one week. When I received a phone call from customer service asking for feedback on my ring they didn’t even offer a refund for the shipping as a goodwill gesture. I will not be ordering again. I don’t normally leave feedback but I’d hate this to happen to someone else.
