I was looking for a milestone birthday present for my daughter. I wanted a white gold pendant which included a Ruby (her birth stone). Most of the designs out there were very traditional and all a bit samey. Glamira had the most contemporary designs. I ordered the Women's Pendant Danny and it's lovely! My daughter loves it and it sits beautifully on her. Would have given 5 stars but there was a little delay in my order which bought it a little too close to the day.

Order process: I genuinely love the ordering process because the website is designed for a user-friendly experience. What would be more powerful is a new feature in the sorting. I also enjoyed the customer service through WhatsApp, which has a more personal experience instead of using an AI bot. It would be even better if customer service officers are trained to be more knowledgeable about the product details. Producing & Distribution process: I fully understood that Glamira custom-makes every piece of jewellery. Hence, it is important to manage timeline expectations, especially since there have been multiple reviews regarding delays in receiving products. Tracking, Shipping & Receiving process: DHL absolutely is one of the best veterans in the shipping realm. Their service is simply the best, with constant communication. Quality: I bought GLAMIRA Nose Pin Allynna, 14k Gold in Tanzanite. I love it; it is beautiful, as I repurposed it for my left ear helix. The size is just perfect for it. Others: While I was waiting for my product to arrive, I requested 1 free ring sizer and 1 free bracelet sizer. I was hoping these sizers would be shipped off together with the product, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case, which I found odd. My suggestion is that Glamira give out free sizers to encourage customers to continue purchasing Glamira's products instead of waiting for customers to request sizers.

My fiance and I both were greatly impressed with the wedding set for her. The rings are beautiful & unique. I didn't have the quality tested but if the certificates of authenticity are to be trusted, then i am happy. She knows her jewelry more than I do and she claims it to be the best ring she's ever owned. Not very long of a wait time after it was constructed; surprising, considering it was sent to the U.S. from Germany. Took only a day or two after actually being sent.

I’m really happy with my purchase (stud earrings). The only thing is that the posts are pretty thin and a bit long, so I can’t really sleep in them because they poke the area behind my ears. But that’s not a big deal for me. The earrings are stamped with the metal purity mark and come with a unique product ID.
