What can I say fantastic service kept up to date with process of ring as it was engraved. The packaging is something else wouldn’t get that kind of presentation if brought through a shop on the high street . Am very very pleased with my purchase.

Good clear communication on the progress of my ring, high quality finish, and final confirmation also included a video of the finished piece. My only gripe is that the box for the ring is quite big, but that's just personal preference.

The rings look good but I received a ring box that seems to be thrown arround in a car garage. Think is full of black smear alike stains that don't come off.

We purchased men’s and women’s wedding rings in February 2026. When we received the rings, both were the incorrect size. Glamira accepted the rings for resizing but said they could not have the work completed before our wedding. At that point I asked for a full refund. The request was denied. The men’s wedding ring arrived before the wedding and fit properly. The women’s ring was a different story. For over 2 months Glamira misled us about the status of the women’s ring until they finally admitted they lost the ring. I asked for a refund for the women’s ring and was again denied a refund. My wife’s ring did not get returned to her until July 2026. And it was still the wrong size. Glamira has refused to accept the ring back for resizing, will not pay for the resizing and will not refund the money for the women’s ring. The customer service of this company is astonishingly poor. If you are planning a special occasion that includes jewelry, do not trust this company to make the occasion magical.
