In line with other 1 star reviews - buyer beware! Similar delays in delivery - same ‘excuse’ rolled out re not passing quality control etc….AI customer service (so frustrating) and really slow to resize & return and not any smaller! Tag off in box so no return would be accepted. I regret buying from them and despite liking the actual ring design (tiny ruby though) I am now concerned it is actually of poor quality too. Going to get an independent jeweller to value/assess it and likely to make a charge back to at least try to have the cost refunded. Glamira spoilt this element of my Ruby wedding anniversary celebrations. Don’t let them spoil yours whatever their glossy advertising, offers and packaging. It’s not worth it!
