Stayed in chat for 20 mins nobody…
Stayed in chat for 20 mins nobody answered apart from AI, tried to call two call 30 and 40 mins each nobody answered, like really are you even trying?
Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase. The wedding rings arrived safely and look exactly as I expected. They also come with a warranty certificate and a nice presentation/storage box with a built-in light, which is a nice touch.
The delivery took a few days longer than originally estimated, but that wasn't a problem for me.
My only real disappointment is the complimentary engraving. The text is so small that it's barely visible. I think the engraving should be larger and easier to read.
Other than that, everything looks good. Time will tell how well the rings hold up with daily wear, but my first impression is positive, and I would recommend this seller.
