I've been using both the Botslab CCTV home camera and their car dash cam, and I've been thoroughly impressed with their overall reliability and build quality. Having compared them against other major brands that i am currently using Reolink Argus PT ultra, Botslab is on another level. The response time is noticeably faster with practically zero lag, and the AI imaging and motion detection are much sharper and more accurate. In my opinion, it's easily the best home security camera option on the Australian market right now. What truly sets them apart, though, is their after-sales support. I had the pleasure of dealing with Felicity, who was exceptionally prompt, friendly, and helpful in sorting out my questions. Having reliable hardware backed by fantastic customer care makes all the difference. Highly recommended!

Botslab dashcam G300H I got sand all…
Botslab dashcam G300H I got sand all over the adhesive. One text to Botslab. No time wasted, new adhesives were in the mail. The adhesive mounting plate is detachable from the main camera. I suggest one detach adhesive mounting plate from camera then mount that onto glass to avoid air bubbles behind adhesive/windshield and then re-attach main camera body. So far working great.
