I have 1 case that needs intensive care on this Canada trademark that I've applied with them. They are very unresponsive on whatsapp and continuously say they will provide within the hour / day / 30 mins etc. Given them many weeks and months to update to CIIPO. Need solution or refund.

This company is a scam. They contacted my company and said they were willing to help us deal with a trademark (FebBox) dispute. After I paid $500, they did not appear in court on time and did not respond to emails.
