Lorraine was very helpful. It was a frustrating situation where I was trying to use a credit to purchase a new plan and was hitting a variety of roadblocks but she came up with a good solution in the end to get me the package that I wanted and use my credit.

Concentrating on giving a 4G service is ok but most providers give a 5G service in UK. I’m disappointed that you have to look out specifically for the 5G plans. Despite what GlocalMe say 4G is a inferior service

Very bad communication and service. I have order one if the dives for my cat 2 months ago and still did not receive it . I received an emails that they will cheek and see where is my order but so far nothing. I ask my money to be returned nothing very disappointed.

We recently bought a camper van and needed a dependable Wi-Fi option but didn’t want a contract again. After researching several we opted for GlocalMe. Our Numan has worked great with excellent Wi-Fi service and they have great sales on packages. Set up was very simple and you but Gb as you need. Would definitely recommend to any wanderer.
