Better than our local contract Wifi and cheaper. We only have the 4G WiFi and it still works great. Stream multiple devices as well as Smart TV.

Excellent support

We've had one of their portable wi-fi devices for over 2 years & it's been 100% reliable. Recently it stopped receiving a mobile signal and the technical team have been brilliant, via the live chat, sorting it. Between Jojo, Yvonne and Lucas over 2 days they've kept me constantly informed & updated, asking me to try different things/settings until the technical team eventually managed to sort the issue. I would certainly recommend them.

easy to turn on and set up, easy to use. reasonable speed for traveling. A must when using air b and B and need to reach the landlord to let you in. Worked well in India

Worked great right out of the box. Very easy to use. I am traveling and need something reliable. I found my go-to device for overseas portable WiFi.

Stort trip alternative to Starlink

4G on a DuoTurbo was sufficent travelling in country Queensland in a Motorhome streaming however the limited plan options of one month or one day are not ideal for short trips.

great product

I spotted the product on facebook and after a bit of research bought the 5g router and have not looked back, took it with me to Morocco, it was great and came in really handing for translating. Been using it in UK with great success, I topped up my membership to VIP, well worth the money as you get ongoing discounts off data etc, as with everything new it took me a bit to get my head round the software and app but all flying now

I bought an internet plan for $36 for 30 days after 8 months of use, they told me my plan ended, the worst part is that I canceled my plan with another internet company I had, thinking this would be a good thing 😡😡😡😡

Poor Customer Support

I purchased a data plan for my brother in law for Europe. When they arrived the device said "insufficient funds". I got on the support chat and the could not help me but rather referred me to send an email. I asked how long would it take to respond and the chat said 12 hours. The phone number for customer service just says call back later. I purchased another plan. I am expecting a refund for one of the plans.

The internet is very fast and stable. The device is a bit pricey but it’s really worth the price and it very useful in remote working by not having to worry to switch for e sims or other roaming data services around. They have a very responsive customer service 24/7 available at your disposal. I am very satisfied with the device.

I have a data device that they call the u3 it has no screen so I have to do everything from my phone long story short I open two accounts with different passwords tried to log on to the internet with both passwords from my u3 data device every time I try to log on it says wrong password so I'm stuck with of their data packs worth probably 50 and I can't log on because all I get is a chat box the company is not based in North America that's for sure I would delete everything and buy a new data box with a different company but I'm bounding determined to use the data that I've already bought from G local me but after my dad runs out I am running as far away from this company as humanly possible Wayneb999

This made our St Lawerence river island camping trip near the Canadian border much easier. The only downside was when I ran out of data I had to find another signal to purchase more. I was surprised I couldn’t use the app to buy more data.
