The lights were easy to install and look great
Beautiful light! It beautifully illuminates our painting. My only complaint is that the charge only lasts about a day on the "always on" setting. But we will be buying a second light anyway.
Took a while to arrive but the light and sensor are fantastic 👌 I will be ordering another one soon 😀. First Class.
Easy to use website, good delivery time, excellent product, good price.
So easy to install. The ambience they give to the room is exactly what we needed
DO NOT BUY!!!!! THEY DON’T PROVIDE FREE RETURNS AND THEY DON’T FULLY EXPLAIN HOW THE LIGHTS NEED TO BE INSTALLED WITH GIANT IMPOSSIBLE-TO-HIDE HUBS, STANDOUT CABLES, UGLY SENSORS, AND NEEDED EXTENSION POWER STRIPS NOT INCLUDED. THEY EXPECT CUSTOMERS TO KNOW EXACTLY HOW MANY LIGHTS TO BUY AND NEVER RETURN ANYTHING. Upon receipt of my order, I discovered that each COB Lightstrip must be plugged into a gigantic bulky black hub (not extended as their site claims and highlights), which has a really short black cable that must be plugged into an outlet. It is not a flat head plug either. So the COB lightstrip itself might look nice and inconspicuous but it ends in really ugly protruding black box that must connected to an outlet and hidden behind furniture that is pushed out from the wall to fit the protruding non-flat head plug. THIS DOES NOT WORK FOR STAIRS, CLOSETS, SHELVES, BUILT-IN CABINETS, TV BACKLIGHTS AS ADVERTISED. Basically you can’t use these lights for any location that does not have an outlet hiding behind furniture. I bought what I thought I needed but after trying to install them, come to find that I didn’t need Everywhere lights for every single shelf in my really dark closet. These lights also do not work without a sensor. YOU MUST PURCHASE AND USE A SENSOR WITH THESE LIGHTS. Not to mention that my order arrived with a missing light kit, a defective lightstrip that doesn't light up in a section, and an opened and previously used item. For the amount of money you spend on these products, that’s a lot of problems in one order! I tried to contact them for a return and refund. Their customer service is terrible! They take a whole week to reply and only after I had to send reminder emails, wondering if their inbox was even monitored. I sent in my original email a picture of all the items received and stated very clearly which items were missing from the shipment. When they finally responded, they asked again, which product is missing and asked for a picture. All of this information is already in the email they’re replying to! And as I no longer need the missing item. I asked for a refund but they insisted on shipping a replacement for it, which I would then need to pay to return it back to them!!! What kind of logic is this??? Why incur more shipping costs for both parties when it doesn’t need to be incurred anymore?????? That is a very STUPID PROCESS!!!! I asked for a prepaid shipping label for the return. But they kept saying they don’t pay for return shipping. It’s really difficult to repack their awkwardly-sized items compactly to reduce shipping costs. So the return shipping is going to cost individual end consumers at least 30-50% of the amount paid for the products. The alternative is a measly 20% refund to keep the items that no one wants to buy from marketplace. This shows how poorly their business is doing and that they spend way too much money on marketing and not enough on customer service and satisfaction.
When they work properly the Smart Halo Lux lights are superb. Unfortunately, though, I've spent more time resetting them than it would have taken to go to the light switch every time. The motion sensor is pretty much useless - it will turn your lights on when it detects movement but then leaves them on, I've reset them countless times and completely reset the connection to the sensor but they still won't turn off after 30 seconds (or 1 min/2min). A second pair of lights work well with the hand sensor, but not the motion sensor. This comes on top of the previous issues with delivery where they simply "forgot" to send the products until I started questioning why they hadn't arrived by the promised date - no explanation beyond "for some reason they haven't been sent" and no attempt to mitigate the failure. I've also tried using the "Facebook Messenger" contact for assistance on the failure to turn off issue only to find that that also isn't working.
I absolutely love these lights, they highlight my work beautifully.
Awesome quality and system options. Live these automated lights
The lights are excellent, easy to install and operate. They are shipped from China so delivery takes a week or so.
Great piece of kit. You can feel its quality. Perfect lighting solution to enhance a dark corner. Product was easy to install and setup with a motion sensor.
Gorgeous lights, love the different mood lighting. Thank you x
Brilliant easy to use great lighting any were
I usually regret any facebook purchase - hidden chinese cheap stuff. Not the case here. The lights are highly functional, bright, versatile and look like brass (gold plastic). They arrived within 10 days with no import hassles.
I bought two Halo lights with a motion sensor for a small kitchen area. The adhesive on the bracket is very impressive and holds the lights securely. Very pleased and my wife has said that when I decorate the bedroom (lucky me!) soon she wants some more.Highly recommended
So far so good ... I bought downlighter for my kitchen. 2 paired easily with the wavy hand sensor, one was a bit obstinate but got there in the end. After a bit of trial and error I now have three downlighter under my kitchen cabinet that all go on with the wave of the hand. The quality seems good, the service good. I have now placed orders for their halo lights which I will review when they arrive but such has been my first impressions that three orders placed so far.
I’m actually reasonably pleased with their Smart+ Everywhere Lights but I've been experiencing a technical issue where the sensor loses connection after inactivity. My first contact with their support team was prompt and friendly, which gave me high hopes for a quick resolution. Unfortunately, that’s where the positive experience ended. What followed was a descent into automated absurdity. The "support" quickly shifted from helpful human (or at least human-like) communication into a barrage of nonsensical AI-generated troubleshooting advice. I was sent a lecture on 433 MHz radio waves and capacitor discharge theory, and then - in a true stroke of genius - was asked to provide a video of the product not working. The farce continued when they sent me a link to a tutorial video for a completely different product (a strip light) that I don’t even own. After days of explaining the same simple issue, I eventually received a request asking me to "clarify the specific issue or question," proving that absolutely no one on the other end was actually reading the thread. If you’re looking for a company that excels at using high-tech jargon and AI chatbots to run in circles while ignoring the actual customer, GlowRight is the gold standard. If you want actual support, look elsewhere.
