I have not received my order and I have been for over a month. I jus want a refund, tried to contact customer service and there’s no human conversation for the cha and no phone number for me to call to see what’s going on
I bought a pair of Airmax 95 "Norfolk State" from the site and for the most part my experience was great. The purchase went smoothly, I was notified of the process of the purchase. The only issue I had was the delivery. On the Friday that the app notification it stated the delivery was coming est. time of 1:40pm with 10 stops ahead of me. That notification was at 11:30 am. Throughout the day the time changed til there 4 stops ahead of me and stated est. time would be about 5pm. I reached out to SWAY who was the delivery service through the chat, they had no answer for me, in which I was told delivery would reach me the next day. I did receive it the next day promptly by the est. time of 1:40pm. I was happy receiving the sneakers, just wasn't happy with the previous day and lack of information of what was going on. Otherwise I would use GOAT again.
My son ordered shoes from them at beginning of July , after receiving the package it was a pet machine. After several emails and returning the wrong item, we find out in August that supposedly the item we sent back was empty and there not issuing a refund . We got ripped off, definitely wouldn’t recommend them !

I been tring to get a accurate tracking date & speak with someone where I can ask my direct questions. You guys dont have a direct # I can call. I STILL DON'T KNOW WHEN MY SON'S SHOES WILL BE HERE START SCHOOLS TOMORROW.

I am still missing an item that was suppose to come a few days ago
23 days after my order, i still have not received ly package, nor have i received any new. Asking the bot it says my order will be sent soon hahaha. Will never buy from goat again. I should have listened to the advices. Very bad customer service and non existent communication
My order was canceled by the warehouse and I have yet to receive a refund. It’s been about 12 business days since my order was canceled. I want my refund ASAP!
Part of my order has not been shipped. I'm unable to speak with someone to see what's the problem.
