Haven’t received my item yet. But the last time I purchased two items so I can wear as a set and one was cancelled by you, which you are ok to do but then I couldn’t exchange my pants that I bought to match in the same color as the hoody because they were final sale. Super upsetting and wrong in my opinion since you can easily cancel when you want.

I was very skeptical about purchasing online, but it turned out to be ok. I only wish they give you(us) a better delivery option!!! I want my items as quick as possible!! Overall, Im satisfied!!

I ordered two of the same shoes one pair was sent to Lafayette, La and the other pair hasn’t arrived yet to the other address 235 Brookridge Dr Jackson,Ms 39212 and I placed the other the same time , so I’m waiting until they arrive before I really rate you in the past I’ve never had a problem

Shoe was perfect but delivery wise ehhh

The shoes and the box where in perfect condition honestly if it weren’t for the shipping/delivery I would’ve put 5 starts instead of 3. UPS was the one delivering my order but they couldn’t deliver it so I had to pay $7 just to pick it up at UPS store nearby if not they were going to send back to sender. Mind you the address was listed and some how they still couldn’t deliver it.

Goat and their parent company Alias who control a litany of sneaker resale sites are, in essence, a parasitic business model. They provide distribution for other people's products and then take a massive percentage of the seller's earnings. On top of that, it costs more money just to get your own money off platform. And if you aren't selling Jordans the week before they come out? You're not selling your shoes through them. If you consign your shoes with GOAT and they're an average release do not expect them to do anything at all to help you move the inventory you handed to them. They deliberately bury pre-verified pairs of shoes until you hit the check out screen and then casually mention that they have that exact pair sitting in their warehouse ready to go. The catch? It's gonna cost you an extra $40 or so for the privilege. And no matter how much hot inventory you move for them your commission rate never goes down on a permanent basis. And if you aren't providing hot new releases before they officially come out you will not make any money there. On many occasions I've sold sneakers there only to find that the listing for my shoes wasn't even correct. The style code was there but they didn't even bother with a thumbnail of the shoe. So unless a customer exclusively searches by style code your inventory is not being seen and it will very likely sit in their warehouse until they charge you to send it back to you. It's frankly a lecherous and transparently disengenuous business that makes Stockx look like a non profit.

Shipping took longer than expected and when following up, the customer service emails overlapped the shipping updates and they didn't seem to be on the same page with what was going on with the order. I'll still use GOAT again, this was very minor.
