Man, look, I've bought soo many pairs of shoes from these folk. GOAT is definitely the plug. Mine, at least..
Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. GOAT sent me the wrong pair of shoes, and after I provided all the additional photos they requested, they told me there was nothing they could do except issue GOAT Credit once the return was processed. Instead of simply sending me the correct pair, I had to wait for the credit, then go back and buy the shoes all over again. They didn’t offer any compensation for the inconvenience, wasted time, or their mistake. For a company that’s supposed to specialize in sneakers, I expected them to stand behind their errors and make things right. I won’t be using GOAT again after this experience.
