Terrible experience
Terrible experience. It has been 5 days since purchase and the package has yet to be confirmed by seller. They have no option to cancel. I emailed GOAT support, they only have email support, and they emailed me back saying the following “ Thank you for contacting GOAT! We are currently experiencing response time delays and are working hard to get to your ticket. Please keep in mind that multiple submissions may slow our ability to get back to you promptly.” They basically have time to reply to say they are busy. It has been 48 hours and they have yet to respond. I had ordered the shoes for my son’s first day of school and this will not happen. I’m so disappointed by this site. Do not use this site- it is terrible.

Goat has never disappointed me. I have been shopping with them for over six or seven years. I love the quality of shoes they sale The boxes are always in good condition and if I had a problem, they never had an issue with giving me a store credit or a refund.
