I would give a higher score but right now I'm trying to get in contact with somebody about my dosage and it's taking days and days to get somebody to reply to me. My shot this week was late because I still can't get nobody to answer my questions. I was also told the dose I'm on is a Maintenance dose and I'm trying to find out what dose I should be using. I would love for somebody to call me or get back to me thank you.

The medication was mailed in a carelessly cheap manner and it was so hot to the touch when it was delivered. I immediately took the medication and tested the temperature and it was 125 degrees. They mailed it in a regular mail envelope with a thin pack, the freezer pack was completely smashed up. Normally should have been mailed in a Styrofoam box and freeze packs. This service is really bad, I cannot possibly use anything, BCS it's risky to use heated medication.
Update: I will be updating my review and ratings as soon as gobymeds sends me a replacement as they have mentioned to me on their website chat.

I started the process on a Friday afternoon. By the end of the day the dr had reached out and asked me for a picture, ID and additional medical information.
My initial medication request was approved and prescription sent to the pharmacy
The pharmacy received the script on Monday and meds mailed out Wednesday.
I received the meds in a packed cooler on Friday. No issues with meds they were still cold.
The instructions were easy to follow .

I’ve been trying to communicate with medical staff to get answers regarding my dosage and it’s been challenging. My dose was changed to a lower dose and I know I’m not going to lose weight on this dose. It was recommended by a doctor with this company to be this dose.
In response to Goby response. I was originally on Trizepatide max dose through goby. I then started on the max semaglutide by the Goby doctor because I couldn’t afford the Trizepatide for that month and I didn’t want to miss a month of med. When I explained this to the goby physician I was started on a different dose. I was trying to speak to the doctor on why my dosage was changed. I was not having any side effects.

Just want to take some time to add some more context and information. If your dose was changed to a lower one, more than likely this is due to swapping medications. Often times, providers will have an equivalent dosage to another medication. This can be swapping from compounded Tirzepatide to compounded Semaglutide or vice versa. This is done primarily to make sure your body doesn't have an adverse reaction to the medication. Every person is different, as some people can have bad reactions when swapping from one medication to another. In short this is done for your safety as a patient at the doctor's discretion.
You are more than welcome to take this up with the provider if you feel you should be on a higher dose after starting your new medication. We are always here to help as needed, but ultimately this is done based off of the medical provider's discretion.
