I filed an order, and then sent messages to multiple people to request a cancellation while it was still in the pharmacy - I would have been happy to pay a small fee to have the order cancelled, but instead nobody ever responded to me. The reason I wanted to cancel is because the GLP I requested was improper for me, my doctor told me that I should be using a different product if I wanted to use GLPs. Again, I take responsibility for making the order in the first place, but I feel like I was purposefully ignored so that your company could just claim ignorance and charge me the full amount, instead of cancelling

Hi! Unfortunately, we can cancel orders up until the time they are sent to a pharmacy partner for fulfillment. Prior to that, we are able to cancel orders, but not once it has been passed to the pharmacy. We understand the frustration for sure. I did a lot of research before choosing Goby Meds. I definitely made the right choice. The ordering process was easy. I had to submit health history and photo of my current body, which made me feel confident that they weren't just looking to make a sale

For many individuals, it takes several weeks to a few months to build up in dosage and start seeing results. Please let us know if you have any questions!

I like how quickly I get a response and how much information is available to me. I feel very confident with my medication because the available information and materials are very thorough. Delivery took longer than expected, but the pharmacy also had great communication and gave me everything I needed to feel comfortable. They even offered to help with a shipping claim if things went wrong.

Hey there, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. Our pharmacies pack each shipment of medication with an ice pack to help keep the medication as stable for long as possible. Often times, this ice pack will be melted and your medication may not be cold. The pharmacies perform temperature studies to show that the medication can survive multiple days over 100°+.
Our pricing can always be found on our website. You may find that if you titrate up, you will need more medication, which typically comes with a slight price increase.
