Longer delivery time
Felt it took way longer to get my shipment sent out to me. Also, order was a hassle. It kept rerouting me to add more things in to order.

Hello Cara, we would like to understand your situation, so please reach out to our customer support. We only ship one medication at a time. However, we do offer other medications in our patient portal, but this is never pushed on you as a customer.
I received this medication today and it was HOT
I received this medication today and the package was extremely hot, inside and outside. I measured the temperature of what was the ice/cooling pack included and ~10 minutes after I retrieved the package from the door it was still at 102F. From the tracking I see there was a shipment delay making for a 4-day trip through very hot Florida and Austin, this in combination with insufficient packaging too keep it cool, means this medication is spoiled and should not be used. Customer support has so far been useless refusing to send a replacement or issue refund. Shipment of prescription medication to Texas is legally bound by Texas Administrative Code (22 TAC) §291.12(b)(3) which states that transient heat fluctuations are strictly capped at a maximum ceiling of 25°C (77°F) for no more than 24 hours. Gobymeds/Absolute Pharmacy keeps insisting on 104F over 4 days being acceptable in an attempt to bypass regulation and put their patients/customers health at risk.

Our 503A and 503B pharmacies comply with all FDA regulations and opt for third-party testing to show that their medication is stable at temperatures well over 100° for several days. If you need more information, such as the stability report, we encourage you to reach out to the individual pharmacy.

Good Experience
Goby was great except for the time it took between placing my order and when it actually shipped. Goby needs to have a talk with Casa, the pharmacy that actually filled the prescription.

I’m currently giving GobyMeds 3 stars because it’s been very difficult to get answers to an important medication question. I called twice and also sent a message through the portal. One representative answered my call but was unable to explain why my prescribed tirzepatide dose goes from 3 mg in week 4 to 6 mg in week 5. Since this is a significant increase, I wanted clarification before taking my next injection. I was transferred to the pharmacist, reached voicemail, and left a message, but I have not received a response. At this point, my rating reflects the difficulty in reaching someone who can answer important medication questions. I hope someone follows up soon because I still have several questions before starting my next dose.

I have been using Goby for my GLP one for over a month. Your service is great, but the medication itself something is different than all previous GLP 1 pharmacies I have used. Something drastically changed. My appetite is still strong and there is no change in weight. Disappointed. Will not be re-ordering.
