Dissatisfied with Delivery service and customer service…
Delivery service and customer service fail. Order was place on 7/18/26, met virtually on Monday 7/20/26. Order was received by Casa Pharm same day and was charged the full amount on 7/18/26. Here we are on 7/28/26 and the order is still in processing. The advertising shows the order to ship in 2-3 business days. Did someone lose track of counting? Contacted Customer Service multiple times, all I get is the AI answers, not true customer service, the sickly sweet responses with zero accountability or resolution to the situation. If I had known the shipping was NOT going to be within this time, I would have made other arrangements so I was not missing doses. So here we are on day 8 since they actually had the order and nothing has shipped. Be prepared for the 2 week wait if you are interested in this company. Hope this helps others with this headache before they commit a large sum of money.

Typical response time is usually within a few hours but can take up to 24 hours, as we need to look into the pharmacy, confirm your order, and all the other moving pieces in order to provide you with information. Simple and fast...but needs better packaging
The process was simple and fast. I am dissatisfied with the shipping method however. My product was left outside in an envelope in the Florida sun on hot concrete. That concrete temp can reach 130 degrees. That cannot be safe. I was able to leave work quickly but it could have been worse. I have a family member who orders a similar product and received his in a Styrofoam cooler. This seems much safer.

We shoot for three to five days, but because the industry is overwhelmed, many compound pharmacies have backed up, and shipping is taking a couple of days longer than it should.

My meds were shipped ups 2nd day air but didn’t arrive until 3 days later, completely warm. I live in Texas, it gets 115 degrees. How can I tell if this medication went bad? It showed up in soaked packing and nowhere near cold. Please help?

Hello. Due to the temperature difference between the ice pack and the ambient temperature, condensation in a melted ice pack is expected. The ice pack is there to keep the medication at a more stable temperature for as long as possible, minimizing the number of days that it could possibly be in transit. Our pharmacies opt for stability testing that shows the medication can survive multiple days at over 100° temperatures.
