Zionist, Racist Group
Gofundme is a zionist imperialist company. When conducting an extensive, months-long review where I have had to fight tooth and nail to have my concerns heard, until someone finally helped me, after receiving reasonable questions related to the review for my fundraiser for a friend in palestine, I also received the question "what is their plan to leave? who will be involved?"
The fundraiser makes NO mention of leaving because my friends have no intention of leaving their home which has been destroyed by I***eli terrorists...this group makes it as hard as possible to raise money for the most important groups.....don't use them!

I can’t imagine ever running another…
I can’t imagine ever running another fundraiser with GoFundMe. I was warned of their Islamophobic nature and should have listened to others. If I had been raising money for a white man I would have had no issues. Shocking how long they strung me along no matter how iron clad my information was. Email after email, drawn out to cause pain and suffering to those I was helping. I wish Ronald with the support team especially nothing but the worst.
I real appreciate Mr Ray and Isabel non of my messages went unanswered they responded on time even though my problems ended unsolved since am not from the selected countries, I was told to look for somebody from the selected countries to fundraise for me I got a friend whom i trusted she would do the task on my behalf, she is in Finland I approached her but instead she muted me.Still in pain but I know if I get someone with a human heart who can do it for me I will really appreciate.

Go Fund Me - HORRIBLE
I have been working to get $600 for over a month. It take 20 minutes to go from a bot to a real person. Then the "real person" just copy and pastes stock messages into the chat. Never results in any help at all. Spent another 30 minutes trying to figure out the issue tonight. We shall see, I don't have a lot of faith that I will ever see this money. I will NEVER use Go Fund Me again, THE WORST!

I was stupid and made a mistake. YOU DON'T HAVE TO!!!
My friend was in desperate need of help before he became homeless so I rushed to create a fund to save him. Go fund me was at the top of the search list and they used AI to make the process easy and fast. Nothing prepares me for what comes next... First the astronomical fees. 16.5% that every Donner got charged for being nice and open his/hers wallet and heart. No wonder they called "Gofundme", you actually funding them more than the person who needs it the most. Than comes the nightmare of transfer the collected funds to the person who needs it. They make it nearly impossible!!! At this point the better name for this greedy company should be" Go (replace the letters ND with CK) Me". My friend tried to get access to his funds for over a week without any success. Collecting the money - Easy. Getting the money, Impossible!!!
To top it off, after many emails I was able to transfer the funds into my account and discovered that they stole additional $60.00. I hope that one day the owner and executives of this company will be homeless. And for you my dear friend with the good intentions, stay away from this company that in the name of good deeds doing bad ones.

Made a donation. Didn't realize I was being charged $16.50 tip until I got email receipt for donation. There was a spot on the website to click if you had questions or wanted refund. I clicked and indicated I wanted refund of tip. It only took a very short time, and a person came on line and took care of the refund. I will not hesitate to make future donations via GoFundMe.

Please do not deal with these complicated, thieving, and racist scammers. The entire website is full of complexities and they make complicated requests. It is racist and targets Western countries and some other countries, but not Middle Eastern or North African countries. Furthermore, they can close your account at any moment and take your money.

Go fund me allows rsising money for antisemitism
Criticizing a government is one thing. Harassing private individuals at a hotel because they are Israeli or Jewish is something entirely different. Supporting or monetizing that behavior crosses a line from political activism into discriminatory hate. If this had happened to almost any other ethnic or religious group, people would immediately recognize it as discrimination. Antisemitism should not get a separate standard.

GoFundMe is Providing a Very Worthwhile Service
GoFundMe is providing a very worthwhile service, so I don't like to seem criticial. I'm in Canada, and I'm not sure if that's the reason, but I did have some challenges getting the bank information properly set up because the bank account is a for a non-profit that does not have charitable status. I got help that saw me through, but I'd like to suggest that clearer instructions off the top would be useful, instead of just following prompts. This may just be relevant for the more analog among us-- anyway I'm very happy that our fundraiser is up, and getting results! Thanks!

Their "Guarantee" is a lie
Apart from the blatant political bias of GoFundMe, their business practices are highly questionabl, misleading, and just plain awful. "Your donations are guaranteed and SAFE for a full year" - what a joke. I donated to a campaign (legal fee support for a self-help group of scam victims), that turned out to be a scam itself.
Refund? Guarantee? Waiiiiiit, not so hasty... we will investigate, we will investigate some more, we "are still collecting information", blahblahblah... "
"Support" is a bunch of mildly retarded AI bots ("Clover", "Fogel", et al) and utterly useless.
No. Money. From. Me. Ever. Again.

Never having to navigate a GoFundMe before, I was a bit intimidated. We worked our way through most of it, but hit a snag in doing transfers.
