The fact that I am dealing with serious health issues and wasn't able to move as fast to get a resolution, really stood out to me. It took days, partially on my behalf, but Mael stuck with me through the whole process and eventually found the resolution to my problem and I appreciate the effort and patience given.

I love gofundme they are the most helpful fundraising app of all, they care and try to help all they can, plus they offer ai assistance in placing ads and videos to get you started, my set goal is 2100 for scooter as I'm disabled and raised so far 139 from 7 donors , and today I see a past donor donated again I thank him as he is persistent in helping me reach my goal faster and donated twice today like 26 bucks brings me to like 165, the staff here are super nice and helpful a d allways available to assist if any issues and fast too. Wow I wish I used any other app other than Gofundme for transfers. I raised money on multiple apps that transfer instantly. Gofundme is still in the stone age taking 3-5 business days minimum. I'm going to use a different app.

GoFundMe should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for taking such a big portion of these poor people’s donated money! This company has become so greedy and corrupt in a way for profiting so heavily off of these suffering’s when these people need the money (all of it) the most! Shame on you! You could literally take 1% and still make 100’s of millions a year! Disgusting!

I had an issue with bank account and was so worried and stressed about my deposit going to wrong account the man who helped me was named Paul he was quick to answer back and was very reassuring my funds would go where they should and took away all my stressful thoughts ...paul was very reassuring and kept me informed as everything took place to correct my issue i wish all customer assistance was handle the was paul from go fund me handle my cituation

It was pretty simple for me to launch a fund for a friend...I did manage duplicate the profile but getting help was easy too. I spoke w Gabriela who was super- efficient. It was a good experience...

While making a donation I somehow made a mistake on the amount donated. After contacting Go Fund Me support I was put in contact with Richi who was able to refund the donation and tip amount to my credit card. The action was completed both timely and without hassles. Thank Ypu Richi.

First time GoFundMe user

This is the first time we have used GoFunMe and we will never use it again. After using PayPal for the donation, the GoFundMe page didn't give us a chance to review the payment and we got stuck with a $28 dollar tip. We just read on this site that the tip is opt-out instead of opt-in. We probably would've given a tip, since they don't charge a platform fee anymore, BUT not more than 20% of the donation amount. They really need to fix that. We decided to leave it as is and not dispute the charge, however, we'll never use this service again.

The human was great

The human was great. perfect in fact. never broke protocol even when I tried. DONT HAMMER THAT PERSON their life is miserable enough having to back up AI at all hrs of the night. HORRIBLE LIFE btw YOU DO IT its sucks. Look. Im 60. Beaten in the crib as a baby. This go fund me place is not fun. Your process does not use plain English. I spent stressful days trying to figure out what I was doing wrong. Why? AND IN THE END it was a small misunderstanding ON MY PART. WHY? Im already stressed at the fact that i am having to fund raise. Share holders dont give a shit. do you? "I"could do a better job creating a more Natural environment. Who is managing these things somebody UNDER 40? I create. thats my angle. Old skule plain Engrish skeelz. savvy? how many people just give up?Do you even care? I doubt it. This is about the poor human that interacted with me "the complainer." I have a finger for the whole experience other than interacting with the human, HE helped me BZZZZZZZ go away and let me help my dogs

I missed the “tip” autofill and it was included along with my donation quantum. As soon as I realised my error after my payment was made I contacted GFM and the matter was corrected in moments and refund arranged straight away. A very stressless and pleasant outcome where today’s’ typical online, humanless ways of working usually requires endless searching for cancellation and refunds thru microprint sized links compounded by multiple strata’s of confirmation challenge dialogue boxes. Well done GFM!

How can you say that this is a good way…

How can you say that this is a good way to get help when you need it and nobody wants to donate to help. I started a gofund me my wife's ESA animal and not one single person had the guts to step up and donate. This the worst platform to find help on. My wife's ESA animal has passed away and she is extremely heartbroken and depressed over it. I will never recommend this to anybody.
