I applied, and paid, for mine in early July and I still don't have my Global Entry pass. The reservation system for appointments needs some work. I could not figure out how to make an appointment. You changed me $24 for something I did not need, the subscription service, and I thought I needed that to make the appointment. I finally logged into the main website and found it there. Seems like you were trying to upsell me to something I didn't need, if only you had told me how to make the appointment myself. Hope fully I will have my interview soon.
bad experience with the Otay border Global entry Port
Have had a bad experience with the Otay Mesa port of entry. Anywhere from 3 hours to 6 hours. Missed our appointments but Global Entry has stuck with us. Thank you. We are going to try San Ysidro port and drive to Otay Mesa site.
Failure if system to pay in advance $130 for the required Nexus interview appointment to be held within 30 days of payment only to then read interview appointments can take up to 20 months to receive a notice of an appointment .
Frustrating to have no way to speak with an employee.
Terrible system with no regard to a citizen’s lost payment; inability to plan or move forward in any way for required interview.
Nice to have them pop up quickly but often too soon to be practical to change schedule. Would like also to see some dates further out to allow integrating with other things on my schedule. getting then to the website to actually book is quite tedious
Cannot get spots anywhere close to my home , it’s very difficult to get spots , and to drive 1 1/2 hrs to an interview is insane !
But I have no choice !
It’s a totally inappropriate situation , we should be able to do this locally or at the local airport !

We totally agree with you - the situation with Global Entry interview availability is completely absurd. Driving an hour and a half just to get a quick interview is incredibly frustrating, and that is exactly why we built Go Global Entry. Several days AFTER I paid Go Global Entry , I emailed you several times to CANCEL my payment as for some strange reason, I received my Global Entry card. You did NOT reimburse my cc. This is very unprofessional to completely ignore my request!

To clear up the confusion, our records show that we received your messages and sent replies to each of your emails on May 11th and May 21st. Because you didn't receive them, it is highly possible that our responses unfortunately ended up in your spam or junk folder.
Regarding your reimbursement, a full refund was processed via Stripe back on May 11th. By this time, that credit should be fully processed and visible on your original payment method's statement.

The information is clear and concise; the appointment was kept on time, and the representative had all information before him. The interview was completed within 10 minutes.
So far This product not proven terribly helpful. I get the email immediate click the link to schedule and it just take me to the .gov site to schedule an appointment. I have never found an actual available appointment on the day the alert indicated

There is NO ONE you can talk to if you have barriers or challenges to getting your application completed. I ran into an issue because the application kept stating my passport didn’t match with the TSA number I entered. I left emails, called the phone number listed — no response. You know who helped me? The Security Guard. I drove all the way to a local office hoping someone would help me and it was the security guard. Your offices are so concerned with blocking people without an appointment that you completely fail to help people like myself who could use some general support. I wish I paid my application fee directly to the security guard because your website and offices were of no help at all.

I'm really sorry you had such a frustrating experience - that sounds very stressful, and I can understand the frustration of not getting a callback when you needed help.
I do want to clarify one thing: Go Global Entry isn't affiliated with CBP or the Global Entry program. We're an independent service that just sends notifications when earlier interview appointments open up. Your application fee went directly to CBP, and they're the only ones who can help with application issues like the passport/TSA mismatch you ran into.
