They called me as I was starting to run low on one of my prescriptions. The representative was very helpful and filled it over the phone with the exact same thing I had ordered online last time.

When calling
When calling, caller ID should pop up as gogomeds, not some 888 phone number, that's why customers do not answer.

Delivered to my home
Delivered to my home I love that I can get my maintenance prescriptions at no cost and delivered right to my home! Plus I get 90 days at a time which eliminates not just one, but 3 trips to my pharmacy. And even though I had to recently have a new prescription written, the GoGoMeds team was able to send that first 30 days to my local pharmacy and showing them my prescription card, I could even get that initial prescription for free! Simple and convenient!

better than my insurance drug plan
My insurance refused to cover my prescription and wanted me to pay over 250.00 I was able to get the medication for less than 20.00. I now have to decide on a new medicare plan and I am planning on not getting a drug plan but instead using GoGo meds and paying out of pocket. Many times I bypass my insurance and receive my medications here because the they are cheaper than the co-pay of my insurance.

Super service! Customer service rep replaced my order at no charge when capsules ruptured in the post due to Southern US heat—not the fault of GoGoMeds… Plus the CS rep was so efficient and thoughtful, expediting the replacement so I didn’t run out of meds! Thank you!!

9 days is too long to receive an order
9 days is too long to receive an order. The second order will take 11 days and I have already ran out of meds. This has been happening more often lately and has finally reached a breaking point.
