I was unfortunately banned from this scam site after attempting to redeem $250.00, due to "location spoofing". I do not use a VPN and made sure to leave my location to prevent this from happening. AVOID THE COMPANY AT ALL COST, THEY WILL NOT PAY OUT!
Update: There was NO spoofing usage and my accurate location stayed ON the entire time I'm playing. This is just a way for them to avoid paying me my winnings. I have redeemed from a handful sweepstakes sites with no issue, this is the first time I've ever heard such a thing. From the response these scammers also apparently banned me instead of explaining that the winnings I received weren't valid from the "promotional" bonus, which is very highly misleading and bordering on false advertisement. AVOID AT ALL COST! Do yourself a favor and go for Modo, CrownCoins, AmericanLuck, etc. So many better options around

Hi, thank you for leaving your feedback. We take all reviews seriously and want to address this transparently.
First, we want to clarify that Promotional Coins are not redeemable if our terms and conditions were breached.
Second, after a thorough review of your account, our system did detect location spoofing activity. This is not simply a matter of using or not using a VPN — our detection tools identify a range of methods used to misrepresent a user's actual location. Unfortunately, when spoofing is confirmed, we are required to take action in order to maintain the integrity of our platform and comply with regulations.
We understand this is not the outcome you were hoping for, but this was not an arbitrary decision.
I am writing this as a warning to anyone considering this platform, particularly those who utilize daily bonuses or promotional credits. There is a deeply concerning pattern regarding how this company handles account restrictions and redemptions.
The Issue: > It appears that accounts are being systematically restricted for generic 'Terms of Service Violations' immediately following redemption requests. When these restrictions occur, the platform refuses to cite the specific clause or rule that was allegedly violated.
The 'Appeal' Sham:
While users are directed to contact support to 'appeal' their ban, this process is effectively a stonewall. It is logically impossible to defend oneself or file a legitimate appeal when the platform hides the accusation. Despite multiple professional attempts to seek clarification on which term was breached, support remains entirely silent.
The Pattern: > This is not an isolated incident. There is a significant, documented surge in reports from the community describing the exact same experience: reaching a redemption threshold, receiving a vague ban, and then being met with total silence from the compliance team.
Verdict: > A platform that refuses to be transparent about its own rules or respond to formal inquiries is not a platform where your balance is secure. If you value your time and want a service that actually honors the 'No Purchase Necessary' legal standard of social casinos, look elsewhere.
UPDATE: Response to Platform’s "Fraud System" Explanation
The platform’s response provides a telling look into their internal operations. While they claim a "newly live" fraud system is responsible for the mass bans, the pattern of enforcement suggests a much more targeted strategy.
Selective Enforcement against "Non-Spenders": Based on widespread community reports, the "violations" detected by this new system seem to disproportionately affect users who utilize the daily promotional credits without making a financial purchase. This raises a significant red flag: if a platform's "fraud detection" primarily targets those exercising their legal right to play for free (the "No Purchase Necessary" standard), it suggests that compliance is being used as a tool to remove users who are not generating immediate revenue.
The "Black Box" Defense: The platform admits they will not disclose specific details of violations. This creates an environment where the house acts as judge and jury with zero accountability. A system that bans users without citing a specific rule breach is not a security measure, it is a method for seizing balances and closing accounts with no recourse for the user.
Contradicting Public vs. Private Claims: The platform publicly states they "take every case seriously," yet they continue to ignore formal, professional appeals submitted through their official support channels, for us it has been almost a week since the ban and redemption decline with no response from support after formally appealing the ban . Furthermore, their public assertion that banned users "know what they did" is a blatant attempt to discredit honest players who have strictly followed the Terms of Service.
Operational Instability: Admitting that a "new system" suddenly flagged a "wave" of users, many of whom have been loyal daily players for weeks or months, suggests either a previously failed compliance department or an aggressive move to retroactively penalize a specific segment of the player base.
Final Verdict: The platform’s own defense confirms that they are using a non-transparent "black box" system to mass-ban users without explanation. Whether you are on the verge of redemption or simply a daily player exercising your right to play for free, your account and balance are not secure here. Proceed with extreme caution.

Hi, thank you for your detailed feedback. We'd like to address several of the points you've raised.
Regarding the surge in reports you've referenced — our fraud detection system recently went live, which naturally resulted in a wave of accounts being flagged around the same time. This is not a pattern of targeting players at the point of redemption. It is the expected outcome of a new system identifying violations that previously went undetected.
As for why we do not disclose the specific details of what triggered a flag — this is to protect the integrity of our fraud detection tools. Revealing technical details about how violations are identified would compromise the system and make it easier for bad actors to circumvent it. This is standard practice across the industry. In most cases, those who have received a ban are aware of what they did to trigger it.
We understand this can feel frustrating, especially if you believe the flag was made in error. We take every case seriously and are committed to maintaining a fair platform for all of our players.
It’s about time. Finally a platform that does what it say it going to do. Fastest redemption time I have heard of. Customer service 2nd to none. The newest games out. It’s a win win.
I have haGood time gaming..d great experience using gold…
I have had great experience using gold machine platform .I notice they have the newest games and when it comes to winning there is not a long drawn out process to redeem your prizes. And there support team is always there to help when needed.I recommend gold machine to all players..
I've contacted customer support a few times and was not dismissed shut down until I completely understood the answer to my questions. The customer service team has been more than helpful. They really do a great job. I haven't personally cashed out yet not that I wasn't able to, but by my own greed, the new interface user-friendly there's so many varieties of different games overall I give this website at 10 out of 10.
Huge list of game studios & games, simple to operate interface, and support gets back to you before you even have a chance to minimize your email window, no matter what time of day it is.
redemptions are consistently the fastest and most hassle-free compared to all other sites.
UPDATED AFTER GOLD MACHINE’S RESPONSE
I have literally done nothing except for buy packs and play games. If that counts as bonus abuse when I finally have a good win, then there is still no point to playing on this site. If Gold Machine would answer my email to support with what specifically I did to get banned (other than just winning some money), then maybe we could have resolution. But I’ve been ghosted by support ever since they let me know I was banned out of the blue.
Gold Machine was great at first, but then everything changed when I got lucky and won about 1,100 SC on live Baccarat.
I had submitted a $500 redemption, which got canceled after 2 days. This was confusing, since GM had paid me a couple times before without any issue. I resubmitted the $500 redemption, figuring it was just a system error for them and not suspecting what was going to happen next.
On 04/13/2026, I get an email saying my $500 redemption was canceled, and not just that, but now my entire 1,100-SC balance has been converted to unredeemable SC, for "bonus abuse" (AKA winning big on one of their games).
I have only ever played honestly, so I reached out to Gold Machine support asking them to please clarify what they meant by bonus abuse. Support gets back to me quickly, saying they will look into it and get back to me ASAP. I feel relieved and hopeful that they will fix this obvious error.
About 2 hours after support emailed me saying they were looking into it, I get an email saying I have been BANNED (which means they deleted my 1,100-SC redeemable balance). This makes no sense, so I ask them why they banned me and if they are still going to pay out my winnings. Radio silence since then.
I had spent nearly $900 on game packs on Gold Machine, and they banned me for winning 1,100 SC. This is a scummy tactic, to ban anyone with a large win and steal their money. I liked this site at first, but obviously they cannot be trusted with your money! I would suggest redeeming what you can and leaving this site far behind you. Everyone like hitting big wins, but it just hurts that much more to finally hit one and then have it stolen from you simply for winning... Stay away, if you value your money!

Hi, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We understand this is frustrating, and we'd like to address your concerns.
After a thorough review of your account, our system detected bonus abuse activity. Bonus abuse detection is an automated tool that identifies irregular patterns and anomalies across accounts — it is not triggered simply by winning. 99.99% of players who win have redeemeed without any issues.
As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, which all users agree to upon registration, bonus abuse is a violation that results in account suspension. This action was not taken lightly or arbitrarily — it was based on the findings of our detection system and handled in accordance with our policies.
We do not ban players for winning, and we do not steal money. These claims do not reflect how we operate. This pattern is something all social casinos flag and ban respectively. It is not Gold Machine specific.
Horrible experience with this platform. I just recently opened a new account with them and they permanently banned my account FOR NO REASON. I HAVE DONE NOTHING WRONG AND WENT TO SIGN IN AND IT SAID ACCOUNT PERMANENTLY BANNED. CRAZY CAUSE THEY COULDN'T GIVE ME NO EXPLANATION WHY MY ACCOUNT IS BANNED. VERY UPSETTING AND FRUSTRATING. I HAVE PROVIDED PROOF OF ADDRESS AND THEY ARE SAYING I HAVEN'T WHEN I'VE CLEARLY SENT 3 EMAILS WITH MY PROOF OF ADDRESS!!

Hi, thank you for your feedback. We understand how frustrating this must be, and we'd like to provide some clarity.
Your account was opened back in January, and our fraud detection system flagged it for geolocation spoofing. We reached out to you at the beginning of April requesting proof of address so we could verify your account and resolve the issue. That's nearly 2 weeks where this could have been addressed, but unfortunately we never received a response or the requested documentation.
When proof of address is not provided within the required timeframe, we are unable to lift the flag on the account, which ultimately led to the ban. This was not done without reason — there were steps available to resolve it.
That said, if you'd like to resolve this, simply submit your proof of address to our customer support team and we'd be happy to review your account and work toward a resolution.
Gold machine has always been one of my favorites but with the new upgrades makes the experience so much better! I definitely love the new layout of the site. And customer service is always helpful and kind.
The in a email that they would verify my account if I would rate them on your site too me that's blackmail
I had some winnings from them. But they wouldn't verify my account. So I just played it. I cannot be bought. I wish I had saved the email.

Hi, thank you for your feedback. We'd like to address this as there seems to be a misunderstanding.
We do not buy reviews, and account verification is never conditional on leaving a review. We have NEVER had anybody mention this.
Please be more mindful before posting lies that can harm an employee's job and livelihood as this is a serious violation that results in employment loss.
There are two completely separate processes. What happened is that we emailed existing customers asking them to write a review using a link that was sent — this is the same link you used to write this review. At no point was your account verification tied to whether or not you left a review.
If you are still experiencing issues with your account verification, we encourage you to reach out to our customer support team directly and we will be happy to assist you.
I’ve been using Gold Machine for a while now, and the improvements they’ve made recently are seriously noticeable. Compared to the older version, everything just runs smoother and more efficiently.
The first thing I noticed was the faster response times. Actions that used to take a few seconds now feel almost instant, which makes a huge difference when you’re trying to stay productive. Download speeds have clearly been upgraded as well—files come through quicker and more consistently without those annoying slowdowns. Upload speeds are also much better, especially when handling larger files.
Beyond just speed, the overall performance feels more stable and refined. The system seems better optimized, with fewer glitches and interruptions than before. It’s clear that they’ve put real effort into improving both the backend performance and the user experience.
Overall, Gold Machine has made solid progress. The difference between the old and new versions is night and day, and these upgrades make it a much more reliable and efficient platform to use. Definitely a step in the right direction.
It's ok I don't have a lot of experience playing on this platform... I can tell you the daily login bonus is awful unlike other platforms that offer growing daily bonus and other bonuses Gold machine does not really offer their players much 😕 which really sucks I mean people spend a lot of money on these casino platforms why not offer players bonuses it just shows that they are appreciated.. some of these online casinos are all take no give.. idk when I see casinos like that I hardly ever spend my money there... I'll just find one that offers bonuses ... I believe casinos should give loyal players different types of bonuses rewards for spending their hard earned money... Just my opinion
One thing that didn't really set well with me is the offer of one free sc in exchange for a good review
Just seems a bit dishonest

Hi, thank you for sharing your honest feedback — we truly appreciate it.
You make some great points about bonuses and player rewards. We're always looking for ways to improve the experience for our players, and feedback like yours helps us understand what matters most. We'll definitely take your suggestions about daily login bonuses and loyalty rewards into consideration as we continue to develop the platform.
We do want to clarify one thing — we did not offer SC in exchange for a good review. We emailed existing customers and asked them to write a review using the link that was sent. The review could be positive, negative, or anywhere in between — we simply value honest feedback from our players, just like the feedback you've provided here.
Thank you again for your input, and we hope to earn more of your time on the platform as we continue to grow and improve.
