I’m very pleased with Gold Machine. I recently started playing and found the selection of games and providers to be top notch. I recently won and the process was smooth. First time took a few days but customer support was friendly and helpful when I inquired about the process. I got email alert once it was approved which I definitely appreciate. I will be referring friends and plan on being active on this platform! If you are on the fence it’s well worth checking out. I have tried several dozen platforms and this is definitely a daily for me now.
I have played wirh with them for about a month and received 3 redemption the moment I win $4k and try to redeem they locked my account out and canceled my redemption because I shared the link with my daughter and sister. They are a SCAM and I do not recommend. It's already bad that you can only redeem 250 per day but when you hit big they decide to ban you for any reason they can think of.
I deposited $20 and collected the daily bonus for several months. I played through my balance and attempted to redeem, when I was suddenly banned. I broke no rules and did nothing wrong, but Gold Machine took my money and said goodbye.
If I could give a big fat zero I would. Loved this site/app until today 6/1/26! I have played here since the beginning cashed out many many times. Today I bought a package, won quite a bit redeemed and it was taking a long time so I played some of my stuff put the rest of my sc in my vault, still waited on redemption to my card. Never got it. I got email saying my acct is permanently banned reason was referral abuse! Mind you I’ve only referred one person and today I won using money I spent not a referral bonus. Stay far away from them they are scamming people! Sad because I once loved this site!!
I deposited cryptocurrency on this platform and later submitted a redemption request that was initially marked as approved. I even received an email confirmation stating that the redemption had been approved.
Shortly afterward, the status was changed to “canceled,” my account was permanently banned without warning, and no meaningful explanation was provided despite multiple attempts to contact support.

At this point, I am extremely concerned about the handling of customer funds and the lack of transparency regarding account closures and canceled withdrawals. I would strongly encourage others to exercise caution and carefully document all activity if using this platform.
Anyone love the game Sugar Teddy 1000? I do! I had bought Gold Machine’s intro offer. It was $39.97 for 70 coins. I didn’t think I would, but I managed to win my way up to 98.91 in coins and thought “You know what? I’m going to play the .20/100 bonus on the game. I’ll just buy me a few extra coins to top me off and give it a whirl.”. Nope. See, despite the fact that I had played and won a bit extra, Gold Machine doesn’t allow you to make purchases until you’re under 30. So, I would’ve had to blow through the 68.91 I was above the threshold of 30, then buy a package for 70+ just to play something that, on any other site from what I’ve seen, would’ve just let me purchase a few coins extra and be on my way. But nope. At least 250+ other sites out there and Gold Machine won’t allow you to spend more money to make a play you actually want to unless you burn through what you already have. There’s plenty of competition out there, so I set my self exclusion to permanent.
So I would put 5 stars if they would open my account. I recently signed up....bought over 100$ in packages & finally redeemed 250$ thats the max cashout. Redemption was instant & quick. So I go to log in today and cant says "detected US TN. Your location is outside the permitted area" I messaged customer service with screenshot of what the pop up says bc TN isnt on thier list of states that are not permitted & they even confirmed it isnt then they give me the standard reply....clear cookies, use incognito, and turn off location and back on. So after doing the pointless recommendations I messaged them back letting them know & this was not an issue on my end but thier end & my location is doing exactly what its supposed to do...Letting gold machine know Im in TN (a permitted state) so please enable me to log in. I have messaged this multiple times now & being ignored. So its the typical site that will find a way to boot you out after redeeming. My mind will change & review will change once they let me log back in.
I will say if you need anything from customer service try to get Veronika on. She is very helpful and unmoved by anything you have to say. She listened. Offered a resolution and saved a player from closing his account over a problem that really wasnt anyones fault but my own. One thing i love The redemptions are under 30 minutes to debit card, and have a big selection of games with more to come.
I wanted to purchase a new package on this platform, but the system completely blocked me because my total balance was over 30 SC.
Here is why this makes absolutely no sense and feels completely messed up:
The minimum redemption threshold is set to 100 SC. By locking the store when a player has over 30 SC, they deliberately trap my funds in a "dead zone."
Why should a player be forced to risk and play through their redeemable SC if it's under 100 SC?
Most social casinos would let you purchase packages regardless of the amount.
This setup feels designed to force players into giving their winnings back to the house out of sheer frustration.
I'm giving this 3 stars since solely because the platform functions, but this specific extremely disappointing, and feeling like borderline scamming and predatory.
Ive just recently found out about Gold Machine and man I wish someone would have told me sooner!! Hands Down my favorite platform! Redemption is practically instant, about 30-35 mins. Even on Sundays and let me add it's a holiday weekend!! If you haven't played here yet you're missing out!!
