Well here we are, just like so many of you have stood at the crossroads of,"Is this site really going to honor the redemption or just give me lip service?" As of right now, I’m leaving one star… I’ve always loved this site because of quick redemptions. I have a redemption that’s been pending for going on 2 days when it normally only takes 2 minutes!! I have messaged support and only getting this same generic AI response… this is wild.

I just started playing here on Gold Machine two days ago. I heard about them from a post I seen on Facebook. It’s was not even a post Gold Machine created or their advertisement. Someone commented on one of those scam posts where they say, have you lost money at so and so casino? One of those supposed class action suits against a social casino. So I did a little research and checked Trustpilot to see their reviews. Everything looked great so I gave them a try. So far, I love this platform. They have e great games and plenty of options to chose from. They offer a jackpot also. I made my first redemption last night. The verification process was super easy and my redemption was in my account by this morning. I was amazed. Super easy and fast.

I bought several packages costing $30 and $10 and literally won just a few dollars $2 or $3 every time. Forget being able to cash out i Could not hit a bonus or even get up a few dollars on my money. Where do I begin? I signed up with Gold Machine for the nice “welcome” bonus and the promise of fast instant redemptions. Cool…..I will give it a spin. Won some and lost some but eventually won enough for a few redemptions…nothing major. Reviewed and processed in my account in minutes. We may have found a gem here. This past Thursday, I won $500 and did a redemption for the $250 and the other $250 on Friday. It is Sunday evening and still waiting. Chat is no help with the cookie cutter responses saying up to 10 days. That is complete bullshit. They are quick to say “we understand you are frustrated with the now 4 day wait and processing can be longer for some players”. Who is “some” and how come all players aren’t treated the same? They draw you in with the promise of fast redemptions. And….they actually will give fast redemptions on the first few or small wins. But soon as you win a little money…..all of sudden the are issues in time frame, review process, or to many in the queue. It is the old bait and switch. I need you to stand on business. If you main sell point is redemption time, then you honor that. Don’t hide behind t&c that you pull out when questioned.
