From start to finish, the process of requesting a refund was easy and prompt. Any and all correspondence was handled with care and kindness which was appreciated because it is not always that way!

I had to return an item, put ceilings aren’t high enough, so no fault of the product. The agent ( Mark) was excellent and efficient. Made the return process straightforward. It is the fastest refund I have ever experienced as an online shopper.

We received the product but the tripod unfortunately broke on the first use. We are not sure why, but I contacted Golf Daddy and Mark was very helpful in helping me troubleshoot the problem and he expedited a new tripod to us. I had received the product and it turned out not to be what I expected and requested a refund. I worked closely with Mark who was remarkable to work with! Everything was quick and easy and I got my return label and response with refund very quickly! Great customer service!
Gave this to my husband for Father's Day and within an hour of using it, the mat started to fall apart. Mark quickly processed a replacement mat and now we're just waiting for it to arrive. Hopefully this new one gives us more than an hour of fun!
Upon purchase of product, the address of delivery accidentally got modified to a location I no longer had access too. Fortunately or Unfortunately, GolfDaddy distributor was so quick to deliver we could not cancel the order before it was shipped. After some initial confusion, I was connected with Coach Nikki whom was helpful and understanding to the situation and was quick to resolve with a full refund of product cost and shipping cost. In addition I purchased another one of the Golfdaddy products to the correct address and that showed up earlier than anticipated in time for a great Father's day gift.
I am going to echo what many have said about this product. Concept is great. Execution is awful. The issue is the app (IOS). It freezes and is very slow to "process a shot" if you can even get that far. It is inconsistently buggy in that it freezes at different points - you never know when or where it is going to freeze, but trust me - it will freeze and you will have no option but to shut down your phone and restart. My wife was so happy when she gave this to me for Fathers Day since she thought I would really enjoy it; I don't have the heart to tell her I hate it. It's all because of the app and the apparent lack of a robust testing approach. Now I have to find excuses to tell her why I am not using it. Terrible, terrible product.
