What would be great would be to get a list of the best deals that are on offer unless I have a specific course in mind. Adding my location to the criteria would also be helpful. The chat could then provide a multiple choice. Also could upsell some VIP packages with alcohol/food on the course (through the caddies).
Great golfing destination.
Everything was fine in the processing of booking, maybe the location of my staying villa where was the pick up point is inconvenient and difficult to find, the driver was late and the car could not stop at outside the villa, we needed to walk down a little bit with taking our golf bags. This is not a complaint ! I think there are some can be improved, such as driver should contact the guests in advance if there is any problem.
Really enjoyed Bali National golf course....booking was easy and at a discount compered to listed green fees. Some confusion over the booking at both courses we played at, but quickly sorted out.
Laguna golf course was in very good condition even having recently been cored. Golfsavers made the transaction easy. Am disappointed in the lack of understanding of English language at the pro shop even though they can speak some English.

Have used Golfsavers for the past few years with nothing but excellent service and assistance. Had a minor hiccup this time around. Had to make some changes to a booking at the last minute, spoke to Mai in the office and she made the appropriate changes and finalised within minutes. Very professional outfit and will continue to use to Golfsavers moving forward. Highly recommended them.

We played in Batam Palm Springs resort last month and overall the arrangements for smooth and spot on. Only issue is the security of our golf bags as we all had the bags opened during the return journey and we lost golf balls, gloves, small accessories that were in them. This needs to be addressed as this is not the first time it has happened and it is always on the return journey.

Our 1st experience with Golfsavers to Sri Lanka and we are all very pleased with Pear the lady that communicates with us. Pear has been very helpful and answers our queries promptly. Our driver Mr. Pradee from day 1 to day 5 was a great driver and his driving experience through the winding and dark roads missing negotiating around all the thousands of Tut Tuts was commendable. In Colombo the guide & driver are not up to our expectations. The worst golf course was Eagles Golf Link in Trincomalee. I had a drunken caddy in Nuwara Eliya GC. This course is in middle of town, very old and challenging. The best is Shangri-La Golf & Country Club and Royal Colombo which we have high expectations was not up to our expectation. Overall a great experience for us specially escaping the Colombo bombings on Easter Sunday. Luckily we did not upgrade to Cinnamon Grand Hotel from Cinnamon Lakeside but we had dinner at The Lagoon on Easter Saturday. Great service and product offerings. Mostly cheaper than any other booking website/agent. Maybe should allow min 6hrs booking notice. 24hrs is too long as a lot of golfers plan quite last minute.
