During the low season many golf courses in Thailand have special deals for Thai Nationals and sometimes for Thai Residents which are lower than those offered to overseas players. We have no control over this.
Nice golf course
Nice golf course; not too difficult. Very nice club facilities and easy access from Bangkok Sukhumvit area. Will most probably play there again.

Great golf courses but too expensive
Great golf courses but too expensive. Getting to and from the courses expensive for little reason. Blue Mountain quoted me 800baht to get to the airport in spite of it being very close.

The booking was quick and efficient and seamless when we presented the voucher at the pro shop. So far as i could tell the price was the same. The advantage in this case was that i did not have to negotiate a phone conversation in a foreign language. It gave me confidence the booking would be there when we arrived.

Transfer unpunctual, additional fee for payment
We needed the transfer 4 times and unfortunately this was 2 times of it very unpunctual. Once even almost 1 hour. The additional fee for payment will not be paid by anyone else.

Reasonably priced and good service
Very prompt replies to my queries through emails. Reasonable price and arrangements for transport and golf was smooth. I needed to change several courses during my booking and this was carried out promptly without any complaints. Highly recommended.
Disappointing
First, An email I sent requesting information was never answered. Second, A booking was acknowledged instantly but I had 3 days later to get confirmation that the tee times had booked. This was at the weekend, but seemingly the computer logs were not checked on monday mornings & followed up. Third, Golfsavers were unable to book a tee time for a course listed `Plutaluang Royal Thai Navy`.

Dear John, I am sorry we did not process your booking to your satisfaction but would like to share with you the timings of your request. Your booking was made online at 22.56 on Saturday night (12 Jan). The requests were immediately sent off to the courses concerned but they did not respond and so the booking was confirmed on Monday and a payment request sent to you that afternoon. It actually took us 39 hours to confirm the booking and 24 of those were a Sunday. We rely on the golf courses to update our system but neither of the golf courses concerned checked their email because it was a weekend. We no longer sell Plutaluang because they consistently make mistakes with reservations and insist on cash payment for all bookings rather than a bank transfer. I apologize once again that we were unable to react quick enough and hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future should you choose to book with us again. Good service but beware of the booking fee
Offer a reasonable discount on the published green fee. Had to email them to ensure that we could rent clubs before paying the green fee up front. Slight delay in response. Once you make the online enquiry you have to wait until the booking is confirmed. The discount was watered down for us by an 11USD booking fee which I was not aware of when booking.
