I love Good Life! The process is super simple and their customer support is very efficient, too! I loved that you just fill out your form and then a few days later, meds are at your door! They should be your choice if you want a company that provides fast and easy service.
Good Life Meds is incredible. The process is so easy and fast shipping. I had to speak to a customer service rep tonight to help with my prescriptions. Sarah was absolutely great. She helped with everything and went above and beyond for me.
My subscription renewed on June 6th. I was charged for my order but it never shipped. The order has been “pending” for 11 days. I have repeatedly checked in with their support. First they said it might take 5 business days. After that time period passed they said they said they would have an update in 24 hours. After that day passed there was no communication. I reached out and they told me they would have an update in 24 hours again. This is not the only issue I’ve had with this company over the past few months. Their communication is horrible, the website doesn’t work correctly, and once after completing a check in, they double charged me and refused to refund me. They blamed me for signing up for a second prescription for the same medication. I never did! I only filled out the doctor check in request they sent, and regardless, their doctor should not have approved a second subscription for the same medication. I have tried so hard to be patient with them but it’s one issue after another. I expect better customer service for how outrageously expensive these products are.

My first year of service was excellent. Everything was delivered as promised. The problems started about 8 months ago. I maxed out on my dosage. The physician asked if I wanted to increase my dose. I indicated that I wanted to keep the same dose. They started sending and billing me for two shipments per month. In order for me to keep using the same dose, I had to pay twice as much. I paused my treatment but continue receive shipments. Customer service said I they would correct the issue and pause the treatment but that I would be billed in advance for the next month's treatment. I left several voice messages and sent emails. If that wasn't bad enough, they changed to a new pharmacy. The last two viles were short. This company has shady business practices.

Deceptive sales practices. I canceled a recurring prescription and they shipped anyway, saying I hadn't canceled. Also their versions of GLPs do not perform as well as branded versions, in my opinion
I have used 4-5 different online companies for semaglutide. This company was great when I used it the first time around in summer 2025. The most recent time spring 2026, I received inconsistent dosing for the med. It would come with inaccurate dosages ( less medication in the bottle than it directed to use (ex: I had one bottle that said 100 units a week for 4 weeks, but there wasn't even 400 units worth in the bottle....) or doses that were way more concentrated than previous doses (ex: the next bottle said to use only 25 units which was supposed to equal my previous dose... had I not read the label I would have given myself 4-5x the amount I need) - which makes it dangerous if you're used to taking the same amount of units every week. It was difficult to get answers from customer service & the doctor. Would not return to this service as there are other ones that are more straight forward, consistent, reliable and easy to use. I am going to try to go back to Eden because they were better!
Hi, even though it took a while to get my meds, the help and support I received was great. I chatted with Bianca, Baile and Sarah. And possibly others, but I have spoken several times with these three reps. They were equally concerned, compassionate, supportive and helpful. I hope I don’t have to go through being charged and then not receiving meds on time again. But I have to say, the “human” team reps are quick to respond and overall awesome!
I love Good Life Meds overall. So far, I’ve had a great experience with them and the pharmacy they use. The pharmacy always packs everything nicely. Love their packaging. I switched from another company to GLM and I don’t regret it. I’ve had to chat with support twice and both specialists Bianca and Sarah were great. Doctors are easy to chat with also. I love how they send out a notification with thorough instructions and possible side effects for prescriptions.
So unprofessional. They can’t even tell me the contact of the pharmacy where they my prescription:( terrible customer service, they do not answer my calls and I know they are ignoring them
Been with Good Life Meds for 5 months and they are very dependable and excellent quality The NAD + and Gluthathione are part of my daily routine I don’t miss and neither do they Don’t risk a cheaper place care about what you put in your body Good life does !!!

Bailie was helpful and kind! Great customer service. Overall been using this platform for several months and they’ve always been responsive, helpful, and timely with their deliveries. Unlike mochi my previous provider, they don’t have video calls / check ins with the doctors, but other than that I really appreciate this service.

Good Life has one of the best customer service people I've experienced on any website. They respond quickly, very friendly and will answer any and all questions you have. I highly recommend using this site for your weightloss needs. Shout out to Anita who took care of my questions today. She was very helpful and so friendly.
Let's just say not impressed. The pharmacy that they use do not use ice packs. I received two order from them. The first one and the second one were both received hot. Not even cool. The gel packs could not have been frozen more cold. Very unsafe product. Rethink using this company.
